Important information:

Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel zu vernünftigen Preisen

Città nuova per noi, torneremo ma in un altra struttura.

Cons:

Discriminazione cliente Booking.it, camera molto stretta, bidet senza acqua calda, luci fastidiose nel bagno, servizi garantiti tramite Booking in realtà a pagamento (spiaggia e parcheggio auto).

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausreichend. Ingesamt war es sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein - für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind hätte ich mir ein größeres Zimmer gewünscht.

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Alles ist gut zu erreichen.

Soggiorno perfetto: camera pulita e confortevole, ottima colazione e personale gentile!
Pros:

Il mio soggiorno in hotel è stato ottimo. La camera era pulitissima, moderna e molto confortevole. La colazione davvero buona, con un’ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato.

Ho prenotato all’ultimo momento e, nonostante fosse ancora alta stagione, ho trovato uno dei prezzi più bassi a Lignano Sabbiadoro: direi perfetto!

Il personale, inoltre, si è dimostrato sempre gentile e simpatico. Consigliatissimo!

Very good location, nice stuff, good breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was fine. The room was a bit small, but for 2 nights it was manageable. There was enough room for clothes even for a longer trip. There was a balcony, which is great, and enough room in the bathroom. The beds were ok (not the best, not the worst). The staff was great and the breakfasts were tasty, so no complaints from our side. We also could pay for the parking (8 euros per day, they didn't charge on the day of departure), which was great, since parking in Lignano can be a mess. The location was the best part, just a few minute walk from the downtown, but still in a quiet location. Loved it.

Cons:

Maybe the lack of space in the room was a bit annoying (the balcony door was hitting the bed). Also, maybe a weird one, but the lamp in the bathroom beneath the mirror was so hot, as if one was sitting on the sun, but It's just a minor discomfort.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Man ist relativ schnell in der Fußgängerzone und am Strand. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Wenn man die Türe öffnete fiel man ins Bett. Das Bett war für uns sehr unbequem aber das ist ansichtssache. Wenn man am Balkonl sitzt, sieht man direkt zum Nachbarn rüber. Anders Ausgedrückt man könnte mit einem Schritt zum Nachbarn steigen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder, für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns optimal und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, wir hatten einen schönen Balkon und ein großes Bad. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas eng, aber trotzdem sehr schön.
