The hotel is located away from the noise, which made for a peaceful stay. The room was clean, there are elevators, and the front desk staff were available 24/7.
A major downside is that the hotel lists EV charging as an available amenity on Booking.com, but this is misleading — there is no actual charger! All they offered was a regular power socket, which didn’t even work. Additionally, the tap in the bathroom was broken.
This was a beautiful hotel. The building has so many precious embellishments like flowers and plants everywhere and a koi pond. The walkways are beautiful. The rooms are very modern and updated. The views of Dalat are fabulous. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our family of 5. We loved our stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. This hotel is off a quiet street in Dalat. What a wonderful experience for the whole family. Thanks Canary Hotel!!
Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, all facilities are new. I would definitely recommend it and return one more time. Bonus: the view is pretty and not too far from the city center (about 4-5km). We also ordered vietnamese cuisine dinner and it was really nice.
The soundproofing isn't good enough. We stayed at Tet Holidays, but I can say it's not affected our bedtime, although we could hear everything that happened in the corridor.
A little bit away from the centre, which is not a bad thing as the neighbourhood is quiet. The bed was really comfy. The shower had good pressure.
A good idea to have a piano in the reception area, but not so good when kids hammer it down early morning. Our bedroom was on the ground floor and the cacophony from the piano woke us up.
Water was only tepid, not hot.
