Menalo Hotel Premium Istanbul Airport

Excellent food and service. Convenient to the airport. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was fine. My issue with the hotel is that it looked nothing like the pictures, it’s extremely outdated and there is a smell throughout the hotel that smells like cleaner or bug spray. The only place to eat is their restaurant and it was very expensive for what it was. Also, the hotel is close to the airport but far away from anything. There is not a single store or anything within walking distance. For me, as a solo female traveler this actually feels very unsafe. If something happened you wild have nowhere to go. I was also promised a breakfast box because my room came with breakfast but I was leaving at 5AM, yet, I did not recorded the breakfast at all. This is a 2-3 star hotel at best. I would not stay here again,

Menalo Hotel is the perfect option if you need close access to IST Airport, Staff including Front desk, bell hop & Shuttle very friendly, professional and reliable. Highly recommend.

Close to the airport, convenient, quiet. Good - albeit expensive at €60 - transfer.

Only four miles from the airport. Staff are friendly and spoke English. Rooms were very clean. The entire property was very well maintained felt very safe. We had a free upgrade to a jr suite. Resturant was a little slow to Serve but the food was great. Highly recommend!

This a one night hotel for layoffs. It is excellent, food is good and the rooms are quiet and very clean.

Stayed for one night only. Great location, close to airport. Cozy room with comfortable bed. All toiletries included. Very quiet premises, clean and well maintained.

Lovely staff but the room, whilst big with a comfortable bed had significant lack of lighting
No reading lamps and poor overall light so unpacking was very difficult
The bathroom was also in poor condition with shower drain slow so pooled water when showering. The light over the mirror was broken and flickered constantly. Two lovely balconies had unlockable doors
No body lotion supplied.

In short it was a quiet hotel, set in lovely gardens with willing staff but in hotel in poor condition. The food we ate was good enough. The airport to hotel car transfer of about 15 minutes was €60 return

The hotel was close to the airport so it was very convenient. The room was clean and well appointed.

Too much of scent everywhere and very late check ins make it very noisy when you try to recover from a long flight. I also could not have a visitor in the room to do business, had to do it outside, where there is no wifi anyway.

Likely unless you get a taxi or have a vehicle. Restaurant prices quite high but food was good. The door to the patio of my room was difficult to lock and unlock - it got jammed when I locked it.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was a cute getaway just for the night needed to get to and from the airport. They have a shuttle, which made it super convenient and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel was clean and I felt very safe I am a single woman traveling from America and my phone broke and they were so super helpful to me and went out of their way to try to accommodate me. I’ll be back!

Good place but had flies in the room. Shower flooded. Nothing major

This is a lovely hotel very close to the airport. The grounds are beautiful, staff are friendly, the restaurant is excellent and open until midnight, and the rooms were incredibly clean. The shuttle service to the airport is also extremely easy and convenient and they are very communicative about the pickup. Hope to stay here again!
