Está bien pero
No es lo que uno ve en internet, el sofá cama está en un regular estado, y no hay especificaciones de las cosas, es decir un manual de los aparatos eléctricos, algunos no los pudimos utilizar , por lo demás bien

Par contre le logement est bien situé.
There is a construction happening right in front of the hotel, in early stages so it will take a while to be finished.
They start at 7am everyday, impossible to sleep.
Al hacer chekin hice un pago de garantía por 286 euros y ya entregando el departamento solo me devolvieron 250 euros, sin darme ninguna explicación por qué me descontaron 36 euros.

Very nice place and location. The only thing is the noise cause is located in Madrid Centro. Everything else was great!

The hotel did not disclose that there was an additional security deposit payable on arrival. Very overpriced for what you get - old building, broken AC, rowdy neighborhood
Excelente ubicación cerca de todo, buenos restaurantes y estación de tren.
Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for 2 days later and there were little reasonable options so we quickly made reservations. There was a digital check-in and they did not send the code and we had to wait for someone to come out to enter building to get to the apartment. Furthermore, our airline rebooked for the next day, and the business would not refund our second night stay for any reason. While the place was clean and in a good location the customer service was not existent.
It was a bit hard to get in as the company didn’t send all the information to get into the building.
Also, the apt was an attic with windows and no curtains.
Being 69, I found it odd to do everything electronically.
AC was not working, cleaning staff did not know how to fix it, and our last email was not answered.
Perfect location, comfortable, clean and unique.
A 250 euro damage deposit was requested the day before checkin, a 36 euro cleaning fee had to be paid in advance and hopefully will be returned within 48 hours as mentioned in the “rules”
