The room was great! The staff was understaffed and needs more support from upper management. Upon check in there was one person checking in for a full hotel, I was charged the wrong rate and he didn’t have time to correct it. The night clerk, I purchased two bottled drinks which should have been $5.00 total she was unable to ring it in and ultimately I paid $10 for 2 drinks. She was very kind but obviously stressed and had no help. The morning clerks, I approached about the wrong rate. They were happy to correct but unable to figure out how to correct it. It was later corrected by another staff. Another member of the morning clerk staff was unable to calculate change for a $20 and tried to give me back more, I gave back the difference and kindly said “you only owed me $13.50”
The staff was friendly and kind and always willing to help but had no support in a leadership manner to properly do their jobs.
I will absolutely continuing staying at Holiday Inn Expresses, however I recommend additional
Support to this particular property.
The breakfast was good and they replenished the food.
Wonderful place to stay…give it a 10. And, breakfast was amazing. Love the 2 people that prepare the food. They are a real asset to this hotel.

After a few days in national park lodging, this felt like the Ritz! Super friendly staff, clean, fresh room, and a great breakfast. Highly recommended!
Was a pleasant stay
We stay here every year and have never by disappointed.
Our stay went great. The staff was helpful during check-in and made it very easy for our group. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having the extra fluffy pillows.

I had asked for a room by the elevators due to health reasons. The room was at the farthest end of the hallway. It was very noisy, especially at 2:00 in the morning. Numerous knocks on our door from 1:00 to 7:00 in the morning with no one there.

Nice, clean, but the best part - spa and pool open when you can actually use them -0530-1000!!!
It met the Holiday Inn Express level. Decent rooms and clean building. The little extras wit the popcorn and cookies was a nice home style touch.
Good value
We were running into trouble all day and needed to find hotel rooms very late in the evening. The rooms were perfect. Morning breakfast was very good and the staff were all polite and attentive.
