Cliente abituale, sempre 5 stelle di esperienza!
Pros:

Vengo a Santo Domingo circa 4 volte all'anno e soggiorno sempre qui, da un minimo di 2 a un massimo di 10 giorni. Sono ormai un cliente affezionato e c'è un motivo!

Le camere sono di livello 5 stelle, sempre impeccabili. È un albergo storico ma perfettamente aggiornato, con un mix riuscito tra fascino d'epoca e comfort moderno.

La colazione è favolosa e il personale del ristorante super professionale e solare. Anche il lobby e il concierge sono eccellenti: gentilezza ed efficienza costanti. I giardini sono meravigliosi.

Lo consiglio senza esitazione: per me è un punto fermo ogni volta che vengo a Santo Domingo!

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto che l'ultima volta, a giugno scorso, avevo prenotato e su Booking non era indicato che la piscina non fosse disponibile perché in ristrutturazione. Per me questa è una mancanza gravissima: un'informazione così importante deve essere comunicata chiaramente al momento della prenotazione.
Inoltre la palestra è meglio chiuderla, perché non ha praticamente nulla. Con tutto lo spazio a disposizione, non capisco perché non facciano un investimento serio in attrezzature vere. Ogni volta sono costretto ad andare al body shop esterno. Altri alberghi invece hanno una convenzione con il body shop, e gli ospiti possono usufruire delle installazioni semplicemente essendo ospiti dell'albergo — qui invece no.

Séjour très agréable, belle piscine, belle salle de gym, on s’est régalé.
Pros:

Petit dej au top, la chambre était propre et parfaite. Le seul petit hic était le transfert de l’aéroport organisé par l’hôtel, aucun taxi ne nous attendait.
On a réussi à trouver sur place un taxi sans soucis où des uber sont dispos également donc ce service là n’est pas indispensable.

La Dolce Vita en Santo Domingo

Todo! Es un lugar maravilloso! La cama para sentirse en verdadero descanso. La decoración es increíble. Conservado en los mejores tiempos. Personal estupendo en todas las áreas, destacamos a Ivette y Benjamin en el comedor. Desayuno buffet con muchas y variadas estaciones para disfrutar cada día.

L'hotel vanta un'ottima posizione, perfetta per muoversi comodamente in città. La struttura è immersa in un contesto piacevole e tranquillo, impreziosito da un bel parco ben curato. Fin dall'ingresso si viene accolti in una hall elegante e raffinata, mentre lo staff si è dimostrato squisito, sempre gentile, disponibile e con un vero senso dell'accoglienza.
Un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a Santo Domingo. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

Essendo già stati l’anno scorso, avevamo un eccellente ricordo della loro ricca colazione a buffet.
Tornando quest'anno, abbiamo notato una differenza: la scelta si è un po' ridotta e la varietà di cibo disponibile era visibilmente inferiore rispetto al passato. La qualità resta buona e l'ambiente piacevole.
