Pros:

Breakfast was perfect and the lady at desk is a lovely woman

Cons:

We have been coming back for a few years now. But the stay there was disappointing we love to have some food and drinks in the bar but it was absolutely freezing cold very uncomfortable so we had to leave and look for another bar . Really missed the comfort as we have experienced on our last stays.

Our Glasgow go to. Never disappoints.
Pros:

It ticked all the boxes for us. Room was large, quiet and spotlessly clean plus attention to detail had been considered with daily drinking water, coffee/tea and biscuits. The toiletries were great too. I judge a room by the quality of these.
We only ate breakfast but it was very good and had more than enough choice.

Cons:

The only thing, and I’m being picky here but the bar area was not very cosy or welcoming because of the decor, not because of the bar staff who were attentive. It is impersonal and felt like a conference room.
