Very clean and welcoming staff are very friendly
The beds were very hard to sleepless night was had and neighbours were quite noisy
Next to central station which is why we picked it. Lovely sized rooms and comfy beds.
I accidentally left a full bottle of face wash. I called the next day and they said it wasn’t there. (Where was it??) I was told they would call me back after speaking to whoever cleaned my room and I am yet to hear back from them! Shower could have been cleaner.
