This is our first choice hotel for overnight stays and/or parking for the duration of our holiday. Excellent prices and great deals. The restaurant/bar area is very nice and we have always had a good meal here. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms very comfortable and good size. But what makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception, and it is a genuine pleasure to stay here!
Stayed here after a 20 hour flight. Easy check in and great buffet breakfast.

Everything, this is a high quality hotel with very friendly staff. It was extra nice to have free menu for children in the restaurant! The breakfast was wide variety, high quality and super tasty.
The location itself is a bit of a disadvantage if you don't have a car. There is no sidewalk leading to the nearest bus stop, and the lakes behind the hotel are private, so there is nowhere to go for a walk in nature.
Clean and modern rooms. Food was very tasty, not too expensive. Staff were really good.

We held my husbands 50th birthday party at the Holiday Inn, Worth. We had Holly as our events coordinator. She was brilliant, from outset to the end of the party. Her attention to detail was on point and no ask was too big. Holly was approachable and had all the answers to our questions. She went above and beyond with all the tasks and has been a pleasure to work with. The hotel is beautiful as are all the staff. I would highly recommend a stay here and if you require a venue I would definitely do it here. The entire process was seem less. Thank you again to Holly and the team, you are all brilliant.
Clean room with soft beds. Dove products in the bathrooms is a great touch.

It was a fabulous hotel, clean, comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Overpriced for one night stay on the way to the airport - we spent 5 hours in total but expensive.

Staff was rude ordered room service and charged to room and when the food come demanding payment as charged to the room wouldn't expect cash or card and took the food away from my family being diabetic was sugar was very dangerous low had to get in the car and drive elsewhere come for a relaxing totally the opposite wouldn't recommend
Conveniently situated for Gatwick Airport, if a little awkward to drive to. This has become our place for a relaxing evening stay prior to a Gatwick departure and park the car on-site. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed and the atmosphere is welcoming. Taxi takes 15mins and costs £22.50 (mid-26) including the import drop-off charge. Prices are competitive and there are number of booking options for length of stay. Recommended.
