Pros:

Excellant friendly service in very pleasant surroundings

Cons:

I was a little surprised at the lack of USB points in the room and found the tv remote a little confusing to operate. Also no information in the rooms with regard to times for check out breakfast etc. I know this is given upon checking in but one is often tired from travelling and does not aleays take this all in at that point in time

Pros:

Great location for Gatwick, staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Comfy beds and had a great nights sleep.

Decent hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Lack of refrigerator in the room.
The heating was centrally controlled and the air condition was turned off during the night.
The hotel offered paid taxi transportation to the airport at the price of £20,50, as shown in the room's TV info panel, but when I requested this service, the reception mentioned that it costs £22,50. Eventually the driver asked for £23,50.

Staff were really helpful and very friendly and kind.
Best nights sleep in a hotel ever. Very quiet.
Breakfast was yummy.

Cons:

The building next to the hotel was in disrepair and didn't look good on arrival.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great.location for the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the front desk managers and Sarah B in the restaurant who goes above and beyond to give great service. Perfect park and stay if you have an early flight.
