Nice hotel payment email was not great
Pros:

We were there as we were working great location for work

Cons:

Booked on booking.com for one of my employees
Could not make pre payment
Spoke to a member of staff over the phone they informed me that we could not make payment over the phone. I was advised that we could only make payment by sending a email with our card details which we had no choice but to do as our employee was awaiting accommodation.
We felt very uncomfortable providing this information via email as this is not a secure service
When we asked about using card provided on booking.com the hotel said they had no access so it seems you are unable to reserve with payment a room for anyone but yourself
Also the parking was not clearly stated on booking that there was a £15 charge .

Excellent!
Pros:

Best value for money. The location was perfect — close to the shopping centre, train station, supermarket, and everything else we needed. The place was very clean, including the kitchen and bathroom.

The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I would definitely recommend this place.

Convenience and well priced for the accommodation.

Cons:

Would prefer if the parking for your stay was included in the price, also the breakfast (while not bad quality) is extremely expensive. This hotel may often be used by holiday goers the over pricing should start at the airport. This made the whole thing less value for money.

People need to learn how to quietly close their doors. Doors are heavy and lots of doors banging throughout the night. N

Great Staff, customer service and close to Gatwick!
