Great Hotel , Great Staff!
Pros:

I've used this hotel many times in the past. I was a little uncertain with ownership change, but after staying I am very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Definitely would stay again, good breakfast and they have updated and newer beds.

Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Cons:

No cleaning of the room the first day, which we were told unless we requested it and that was fine; however, the second day they did nothing except put in clean towels.
The bathroom should have been cleaned and the floor should have been vacuumed.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and hallways were clean. Breakfast was super well done! Our room was cozy and well kept.

Cons:

I don't think anyone is to blame but the pool area of the building was quite chilly. My kids still enjoyed themselves, though.

Last small gripe was not having a bathtub plug to take a bath. It was already too late in the day to stop at the target to get one. Ended up using a washcloth that worked fine.

It was ok. Applebees proximity was best amenity.
Cons:

Room had dust on commonly used areas of room: bathroom fixture, door lock. No one greeted us upon arrival. We waited 15-20 minutes. I used the house phone to call the front desk so that any employee would hear that the phone was ringing. Eventually someone showed up. Once given keys to the room, the keys did not work. The front desk person came up to try out keys, his keys, neither worked. We were switched to another room. Check in took over 30 minutes from the time we walked in the door.

Good stop and sleep location for what we needed this night.
Pros:

Room was nice, clean, quiet. Receptionist was nice and friendly.

Cons:

We had to leave early -6:30, wish that Breakfast was open then (not until 7:00) but we understand.

Pros:

Loved the mattress and bedding, just a delight. Breakfast had great variety choices. We approached from the south and the first exit for E Point Douglas Rd. seemed to go nowhere. We left the Inn on E Point Douglas Rd S and never found that first exit, that road doesn't seem to go thru. What's up with that?

Cons:

I'm in a wheel chair and happened to use the rest room near the pool. The floor is sloped for drainage and the slope is a little extreme making the transfer from chair to toilet unsteady.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Very nice stay
Pros:

This place is a gem. The breakfast staff is incredible. The food is great. Immaculate pool and hot tub area. I've stayed here before and will stay again and again. Incredible workers all around. The hotel is always clean. Cookies at front desk. A great hotel.
