Not a lot of value for the price. The hotel needs to be updated.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Very clean and lots of choices. The attendant asked for feedback and was very attentive. Cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Receptionist was pleasant.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty and stained. Parts of the carpet was ripped and needs to be replaced. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, and it was very outdated. The toilet paper holder was broken. The beds were not that comfortable. Had trouble with the TV and it not working properly. It truly needs to be overhauled.

Great hotel great staff
Pros:

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Cindy at the front desk is amazing and very quickly responds to whatever you need with a smile and actually looks like she enjoys helping. She goes out of her way to deliver exceptional service. Great place to stay

Met the business plan for a one night stay
Pros:

Despite the hotel being near the main road lttle traffic noise could be heard. Self service breakfast was good but the property was not busy. Staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

Not sure what sort of training staff get but maybe this is an area that could be devloped to move it to excellent.

What a breath of FRESH Air! Love this hotel!!
Pros:

Unbelievably CLEAN and comfortable hotel! The staff are friendly and accommodating! I was particularly impressed with Cindy -night shift who was hard working and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of! Very impressed!
When you walk through the door you can smell the freshness—the rooms have been updated -are quiet and comfortable! We will go out of our way during a trip to the Cities to stay here!
