Great hotel and experience
Pros:

A great experience, and beautiful hotel, staff and valet service! Especially Jacques (valet). Hotel room was nice, clean, and a great view of the Main Street. We had champagne and chocolate gifted to us. We’ll be going back for sure after May when their renovations are complete.

Christmas vacation in Montreal
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff and wonderful place for a Christmas vacation!!! Jonathan Hug is the concierge and he helped us get reservations and make plans. He recommended Kwizinn for us and the food was amazing- order the whole fish and visit the Christmas bar underneath. The front desk helped us with special needs for our son with ARFID and the staff went above and beyond working the whole holiday weekend. We will be back!!! The Gates’ family

The hotel in Canada offers a prime location very close to the port, allowing guests to explore most of Montreal easily on foot. The rooms feature a charming historic design with exposed brick walls, and the heated bathroom floors provide added comfort. However, the stay is impacted by noticeable noise, and the front desk staff do not reflect the level of service expected from a luxury hotel, as they seem unaware of activities within and around the property. In addition, Mama C restaurant is extremely overpriced, and the casual bar area offers poor service and food that does not justify the high prices, reducing the overall value of the experience.

Our check in process went very smoothly due to 3 very nice gentlemen , Bilal, Masta, and Anis, we had unfortunate issues checking in and out, but with their help everything was taken care and went smoothly.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of old Montreal.
Pros:

Perfect location. Have stayed at the Nelligan many times. Renovations very beautiful. Nice to have the rue St Paul put back together. Terrific staff. Wonderful pillows.

Very Central with ease of walking access to every where in both the old city and down town

Cons:

Room was dark with no sunlight,coffee machine was quite temperamental,but staff very attentive to correction.TV chrome cast feature was not operating
