The elevators are unbelievably slow. Room cleaning service is terrible (they don’t show up daily and - if they do eventually show up - they do a half-ass job and leave stuff behind. For example, they’ll make your bed but will leave behind used dishes and towels (even if they’re on the floor). There’s a surcharge for requesting dishes to your room, which is absolutely baffling to me. I ordered in one night and requested a plate and utensils so I could eat in my room and they charged a fee paid at the door upon delivery by a staff member. Ridiculous.
