Ashley at the front desk was amazing! She is always so kind and cheerful. She always takes good care of me and my family when weare visiting! We love her.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Los Gatos. The location is excellent—quiet, safe, and close to everything you might need. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, responsive, and made the stay smooth during a stressful time. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Los Gatos has an original style all is own. The furnishings takes you back to another time and the courtyard and pool allow you to gather worth friends and family to relax. The friendly staff is ready to help you with a smile. Enjoyed our stay!

I came here for my 3 year anniversary and had the best experience. The staff is very kind, the hotel is cleanly and the ambiance was perfect. The hotel has a restaurant which is very convenient. You can easily walk/drive to downtown as you please. As a Bay Area native, highly recommend staying here. Very relaxing and they know how to take great care of you!

Had a great experience all around. The room was beautiful and the amenities are perfect. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful with anything we needed and friendly. It was perfect for our 2 day romantic getaway. Perfect location with so many wonderful shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I had the most incredible stay at Hotel Los Gatos and we're already planning our return. From the moment we walked in, the sense of warmth and calm was instant and this place just feels special. Our room was stunning and clean, with every little detail considered. The location on Main Street is unbeatable with beautiful shops, amazing restaurants, and the most charming town to explore hand in hand. The staff were attentive and genuinely caring throughout.

If you’re looking for a stay that feels more like a private villa than a standard hotel, Hotel Los Gatos is an absolute gem.
I really liked this hotel since the moment I saw the pictures online when I was booking it. The price is reasonable. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice pool view balcony and the staff was very friendly and welcoming since the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed our evening relaxing at the heated pool and jacuzzi before having dinner at Dio Deka (in site restaurant). The hotel is very close to downtown Los Gatos. If you want to go for a hike there are some hiking trails very close too and the drive to Santa Cruz is only 20 to 30 minutes if you want to go to the beach. We decided that we are staying at this hotel every time we are in the area.

I had a great customer service experience. The rooms are super clean. Beds are super comfortable and relaxing. Highly would recommend for anyone to staying here. If you are visiting Silicon Valley for work, business etc.

Cute little boutique hotel near downtown Los Gatos. The rooms were nice and clean and comes with free water when you check in. They have a machine where you can refill water bottles in their pool area. This hotel still has mini bars in the rooms which I haven’t seen for a while. Super convenient and the drinks were not too ridiculously over priced. The pool was really nice and heated so the water was not freezing cold. The employees were all very nice and friendly.

I stayed at Hotel Los Gatos with my family, and I highly recommend it. It is a very clean hotel with very friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again—plus, breakfast is free, which is ideal if you are traveling with children.

I spent just one night at the hotel, and I didn't take advantage of everything offered--the pool looked very nice, but I didn't use it; I also didn't try the continental breakfast. What I liked: the location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. I was greeted very nicely when I checked in; since I didn't know the layout of the rooms, the man at the front desk walked with me to show me where I needed to go. My room was nice. The bed was very comfortable (lots of cushy pillows), and I especially appreciated having adequate lighting for reading--something that is often lacking in hotel rooms. I was able to set the room temperature where I wanted it, and the system was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon my arrival I was welcomed by the guest agent with a great smile. She explained everything about the Hotel and the benefits. I had a great stayed and will recommend this Hotel.

Rooms - one bedroom suite, v generous, comfortable

Amenities - small pool and hut tub; spa for additional cost

The beds are so uncomfortable you can hardly walk the next day. You literally have to sleep in middle of bed. I checked in and they announced to me at the front desk that there was a 30 dollar a day fee for the swimming pool. I replied "the swimming pool? It's so small about 8 people can fit in it and that nobody uses it. It's not the money it's the fact that they don't tell people this until they check in. The hotel looks run down and needs painting and yet they are charging amenity fees and high room rental rates and providing nothing but a low quality hotel expierence.

Hotel Los Gatos charging a $30 per day “amenity fee” is completely out of line, especially when the primary amenity is a tiny, underwhelming pool with maybe ten chairs that sit empty most of the time. There’s nothing about that setup that justifies an added daily charge, and it comes across as a pure cash grab rather than any real value for guests. Because of that, I’m making the decision to prohibit my entire company from staying at this hotel moving forward. We expect transparency and fairness in pricing, not hidden fees for amenities that don’t deliver a meaningful experience

We like to come here as it's close to home and yet feels like you've traveled to Napa. The mediterranian vibe is luxurious. The rooms are quiet, spacious and comfortable and the service is impeccible with a fabulous restaurant and bar on site. We love to sit by the pool and enjoy some downtime.
