Overall it was a good stay the area was nice and very convenient to get to places

The location and the staff was really nice

Cons:

There were a lot of damage in our room, the extra safety lock for the door was completely broken off. The bathroom wasn’t really cleaned. AC/heater unit was loud

Comfortable beds and pillows..

Cons:

Bathroom area was incomplete for handicap access... lights were inadequate for the room and difficult to access... poor shower and toiletries... refrigerator was extremely noisy... breakfast...(although free), was unsubstantial and poorly attended... and finally, a difficult language barrier existed...friendly, but hard to communicate.

I believe there is a lot of section 8 residents, I don't hold that against the individuals and sercomstances, but there are 4 floors and they should have a segregated floor or floors for paying guest. The elevators and lobby were stifling hot poor ac, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the guest in the room next to us were fighting until 200am( i would guess sec.8)

It felt weird staying there and there was a funny smell when walking in, I do not recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.
Cons:

The top lock on our hotels room door was missing/broken. The railing for the shower curtain was also broken so the curtain couldn’t woke and water got everywhere when showering.
