The breakfast was bad not enough choices, and people‘s hands were on everything.

Cons:

The room we got was under construction. There was drywall everywhere on the light switches. The bathroom door door was not good caulking in the bathtub was missing and there was no extra toilet toilet paper and the towels were just thrown in the bathroom bathroom not folded very nicely that room should never been rented out for a night.

Itchy sheets and no attention to detail
Pros:

We were very dissatisfied overall. The hotel has been updated, but carelessly so. Our room had countless unpainted repairs to the sheetrock, itchy sheets, a musty smell and was lacking hand towels and tissues. Breakfast was very standard, but no one was keeping the area clean. The air conditioner was not working in the tiny fitness space. I rate the stay 2/10, especially for the price.

In other states before and it was top Notch has a solo traveler i felt uncomfortable in my skin ...not safe bed sheets and room was not up to standards I never felt like getting in that shower not to mention the sheets looked crushed and dirty I only walked to the room and immediately walked back out while canceling my reservation no comfort what so ever.I was having a headache and went to get hot water in the lobby that area was dark and smell raw and looked dirty all around. I couldn't drink the hot water.come on comfort inn do better.

It was in a good area, the rooms were clean and nice.

Cons:

The pool there’s no towels you have to ask for them the lights were off and had to have someone turned them on but the pool was nice and warm.. the grandkids loved it..

Never again!

Our friends were staying there

Cons:

Very run down-spackle spots all over room but not painted, some lights didnt work, toilet paper dispenser was broken so roll stayed on counter, no garbage can in bathroom, back of bathroom door was smashed in, no hand soap in the bathroom, sticky stuff all over nightstand, candy wrappers under mattress, room temp was not consistent, stale cigarette smell in room, mattress sunk in. Pool was green.

It wasn’t that bad
Pros:

Before we stayed at the hotel, I checked a lot of the reviews on TripAdvisor. There were some stating that this hotel was the worst hotel they have ever stayed at. I guarantee that they have never stayed in Buffalo. Anyway, the reason why we stayed at this hotel was It’s proximity to the Flyers training center. Considering it was just around the corner, it couldn’t be beaten. Yes, it’s probably not the hotel. you want to stay at for a romantic getaway because they seems to be old cigarette smoke smell coming from the carpet. If I had been traveling with my wife, I don’t know if she would’ve wanted to stay here. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable, the place was clean, the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, the staff was available during the day, the price was the best around, and I would stay again.
