Overall wouldn't recommend!

When I arrived check in was fast

Cons:

The hotel wad one of the worse I've ever stayed at! When I arrived check in was fast . When I arrived at my room door, it was already open. My room was dirty. The sheets had blood on them (both beds ) and the phone didn't work. A couple of staff members weren't kind. The staff moved us to another room and the phone didn't work in there either.

Never stay here
Pros:

i did not like nothing.. The room was dirty when I went down to tell them that.. They did nothing about it.

Cons:

The room was dirty like it had never been cleaned, and the bathroom smelled like pee.. The shower curtain was dirty & also smelled like pee.. Then the TV was not working at all the wire was hanging out of the wall.

Unfortunately didn't meet my lowest standard.
Pros:

The location had free parking and easy to find.

Cons:

Unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations. None of the staff were welcoming or even polite with the exception of one older gentleman who brought my significant other milk at breakfast, but check-in felt as if I was disturbing him. Housekeeping never came which was inconvenient. We had to ask for towels which, again, was as if we greatly inconvenienced them. The room was not clean, not well maintained. Trash was on the floor in elevators on both days. The window apparently had an air leak which caused an unusually loud whistling sound that didn't let up the whole time we were there. Microwave was not only unclean but also barely functional. We didn't bother going to the pool which closed at 9pm due to concerns over maintenance and cleanliness. The rooms lacked basic maintenance, which was very visible in bathroom. So many chips in floor and tub thst were sharp, I cut my toe with socks on so we covered them with towels.

Pros:

Location, modern furniture in the room.

Cons:

Weird smells, lobby was absolutely freezing. Very poor breakfast. A plate of food was in the microwave when we first checked in to the room so the room was not properly cleaned. Ice machine broken.

Disheartened with overall stay.
Pros:

Bed is comfortable. Facilities overall were good.

Cons:

Temperature control was difficult. I couldn't figure it out. And continental breakfast was lacking and being packed away before its time. Price was more than it should be for a weekday but I guess they felt the need to increase it due to snowstorm which in all honesty a company should do just the opposite in these situations but they feel the need to price gouge in difficult situations.

It’s as bad or worse as everyone says
Pros:

Don’t be like us and think it can’t be that bad. It’s disgustingly dirty, terrible service hallway smells like straight up unwashed ass in the summer. The holiday inn across the street is WAY nicer for the same price.

Nice display of breakfast, and what really impressed me was how they handled the snowstorm Not only was the parking lot plowed and sold it but they also shoveled out our vehicles so I give them a 10 all the way around

Horrible and i can tell by the way the staff responded this is normal for them..
Pros:

We needed up checking out in the middle of the night because there were mice in our room.. about 4 of them to be exact, on top of the desk
