Struttura molto bella, stanze pulite e spaziose. Ottima posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dalla metro e volendo con mezz’ora di camminata si è in centro. Colazione abbondante e staff disponibile

Personal super simpático y atensioso
Pros:

Todo el personal super simpático y atencioso, especialmente Luciana. El personal de la cocina / comedor también super atenciosos.

Cons:

El sofá cama no era muy cómodo. Pedimos un segundo colchón que lo colocaron enseguida, y con eso mejoró mucho.

Dobrze wyposażony przytulny apartamencik. klima, woda w lodówce kosmetyki w łazience, mini ekspres kawa herbata. No i personel mówi dobrze po angielsku, co jak się okazuje nie wszędzie jest praktykowane w Hiszpanii. Do tego blisko do komunikacji a sklep spożywczy i kawiarnie pod nosem

Les quatre étoiles de l’hôtel ne sont pas à la hauteur de la ville de Barcelone

L’accueil du personnel, la taille de la chambre.

Cons:

En ouvrant la porte, nous avons vu un gros cafard. Nous avons appelé l’hôtesse et c’est mon compagnon qui a écrasé le cafard. Nous étions dans la chambre 103, c’est-à-dire qu’au-dessus il y avait le petit déjeuner. Donc nous étions réveillés vers 7h30 du matin. À notre étage il y a le matériel du personnel, de ménage avec des portes qui claquent et des chariots qui s’entre-choc.

Pros:

Habitación cómoda con buena cama, baño limpio, buena ducha, refrigerador, buena iluminación. Muy buena ubicación, con conexión a red de ferrocarril y metro a la vuelta de la esquina. Café y supermercado a una cuadra. Zona tranquila, pero no demasiado lejos del centro (15-20 min.). El personal de la recepción y del comedor extraordinariamente amable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta (e.g. recomendaciones de buenos lugares, café extra, pedir taxi al aeropuerto, prestando cubiertos para la habitación).

Cons:

Nada que reclamar. Quizás sería útil alguna repisa en el baño para colocar desodorantes, perfumes, etc.
