Clean, comfortable and great staff!
Pros:

Shondra at the front desk check-in was pleasant and helpful. Rose was helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. My son and his friend loved the pancake machine! The beds were very comfortable.

Comfortable beds! Nice breakfast options.

Pros:

I had a generally good stay at this IHG property, and the room itself was comfortable. The front entrance area was busy with people smoking around the doors at times, which made it difficult to avoid the smell of cigarettes and other materials when coming and going. It appeared that part of the hotel is being used for displaced apartment residents, which may be why the entrance was used for smoking in this Non-smoking hotel. The staff was professional and the breakfast service staff was exceptionally efficient and nice.
