Staff was rude. Room was nice. Will never book here again bc if the staff. Manager was the rudest
Cons:

We booked through booking.com and the staff treated us like stepchildren bc of this. Was here for a wedding and they treated us terrible and kept telling us we didn’t get any of the wedding perks bc we booked through booking.com. If you don’t like people getting the rooms through other booking companies, don’t let those sites sell your rooms!!!!

It was okay but could’ve been better. The mildew smell really made it less memorable considering it was our anniversary.
Pros:

Plenty of parking.

Cons:

The room smelled like mildew. We asked to be moved to another room because it smelled so bad. The second room also smelled of mildew but not as bad.

Everything was great. I loved my stay.
Pros:

Pretty good breakfast. I went around 930am, so I had to wait while they prepared some more food.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. the room was a little small with the pullout sofa- but we worked it out and enjoyed our stay.

Should have booked Holiday Inn Express.

Disappointment!
Pros:

The general manager Parth Patel was very rude, unwelcoming, unprofessional and unfriendly upon arrival when I explained to him why I needed to cancel 1 out of the 2 rooms I had booked. I was not refunded for the room and I still had to put an $100 hold for the room which was not in use as well as $100 hold on the room I was using. There were spiders and roaches in the room and it smelled like cat urine. On top of all this the door was well off the ground (very unsafe for me because I have kids and that means anyone can slide something under the door to unlock it). It's a lot of noise and little to no control so expect little sleep, the pool was so filthy you could not see the bottom of it with a thick film on top of the water so my kids and I did not get in. To add on, the room was not properly cleaned because I can tell that there were bugs killed in the bathroom (on the wall) and smeared on the wall as well as the bathroom door had black dirt patches on it. However, I did speak with a female worker who informed me that they are aware they have a roach problem. On bookings.com they promote breakfast however, when I got there the general manager Parth Patel told me breakfast was an extra fee. They supplied us with tissue used by the previous guest which was highly unsanitary! The mini fridge was not cold at all therefore, we threw away our food. They gave us towels that were already filthy and soiled!

The only thing I liked about the property was that it was close to sesame place. I did not have to go far.

The rooms were clean and the pool was nice.
Pros:

The pool area was awesome. We traveled with family and the kids loved the pool and spent hours in it.

Cons:

The bar/restaurant/coffee bar. The main reasons we chose your hotel - pool- bar- restaurant - coffee shop. The bar was horrible, staff didn't know how to make the drink i wanted and when she was shown the recipe, she stated she didn't have the necessary supplies. Absolutely not true, they are standard liquors. The restaurant was too small, didn't bother trying and not sure where the coffee bar was.
