Should have booked Holiday Inn Express.
Cons:

Very slow inefficient check-in; broken sofa bed; poor room layout; no hot tub as shown in photos; poor housekeeping; rude front desk clerk.

My stay was highly disappointing!
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the property was that it was close to sesame place. I did not have to go far.

Cons:

The general manager Parth Patel was very rude, unwelcoming, unprofessional and unfriendly upon arrival when I explained to him why I needed to cancel 1 out of the 2 rooms I had booked. I was not refunded for the room and I still had to put an $100 hold for the room which was not in use as well as $100 hold on the room I was using. There were spiders and roaches in the room and it smelled like cat urine. On top of all this the door was well off the ground (very unsafe for me because I have kids and that means anyone can slide something under the door to unlock it). It’s a lot of noise and little to no control so expect little sleep, the pool was so filthy you could not see the bottom of it with a thick film on top of the water so my kids and I did not get in. To add on, the room was not properly cleaned because I can tell that there were bugs killed in the bathroom (on the wall) and smeared on the wall as well as the bathroom door had black dirt patches on it (I have a picture but they only let me post 4). However, I did speak with a female worker who informed me that they are aware they have a roach problem. On bookings.com they promote breakfast however, when I got there the general manager Parth Patel told me breakfast was an extra fee.

The rooms were clean and the pool was nice.
Pros:

The pool area was awesome. We traveled with family and the kids loved the pool and spent hours in it.

Cons:

The bar/restaurant/coffee bar. The main reasons we chose your hotel - pool- bar- restaurant - coffee shop. The bar was horrible, staff didn't know how to make the drink i wanted and when she was shown the recipe, she stated she didn't have the necessary supplies. Absolutely not true, they are standard liquors. The restaurant was too small, didn't bother trying and not sure where the coffee bar was.

Pros:

This Marriott is hands down the best I’ve ever stayed in, and I used to work for another Marriott! The customer service here has been exceptional throughout our stay. The bartenders last night were fantastic, and the breakfast staff the next morning was equally impressive. The food is incredible, and the staff is outstanding. The front desk was there and waiting for us the night we arrived and the morning we went down for coffee and breakfast. ZERO noise from any other room or even in the hallway! The location? Perfect for us. The atmosphere? INCREDIBLE! I still can’t believe the price point of this place. For as nice as it is it was extremely well priced. And it is CLEAN up in here. Like clean clean. Not just half handed nonsense this place is SPOTLESS.

The pool is WONDERFUL! It’s an indoor, heated pool that’s just the right size. The room was also outstanding; everything about this place, from the price point to the overall experience, has seriously impressed me. Hands down 10/10, 5/5 stars, the gm should be very pleased with their staff I will 100% be returning to this hotel

Great staff, amenities, and comfort.
Pros:

All the staff were great. The young man at the Starbucks counter was very sweet and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The hotel met all of our needs from the free parking to the comfortable mattresses, the big tv and the walk-in shower. I loved all the breakfast options too. The location was perfect for our visit to Sesame Place as it is about 1/2 a mile to the park. I definitely recommend this hotel.
