Great location, terrible experience
Pros:

Location and the breakfast

Cons:

Very unprofessional staff in the afternoon. Constantly smoking in the back. Out spraying weeds and then immediately helping costumers without sanitation. They were absent from the desk for long periods of time. Zero hooks in the room and no shelves in the shower. The hot tub was hardly warm and neither were the showers in the rooms.

Cons:

Unable to come t to wifi and front desk could not figure out how either.
She mentioned it was an ongoing issue for guests trying to use laptops.
It was a problem for me as I was on a work trip.
Heat was on and I could not adjust it so had to sleep with the window open.

Breakfast was okay but concerning as some of the items seemed like they were not fresh.

wonderful staff - would stay at the facility again.
Pros:

I loved the magnified mirror - I want one for my own bathroom. The breakfasted were delicious. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

More lighting in the room would have been appreciated.

Pros:

I guess the hotel was purchased by a new person in the last year. The new owner has changed the quality of linens. They were so rough, and scratchy I didn't sleep well. The floors didn't look vacuumed. The room had items on the floor from the previous occupants. The people above ran back and forth for 15 minutes at 315am. The temperature in the room wouldn't go below 69 degrees. The pool wasnt heated and the hot tub needs to be replastered. It's gone down hill since the year previous. I'll be going somewhere else next time.

Cons:

The employees were nice and friendly. And good water pressure in the shower.
