Bel hôtel, bien situé dans le XIVe arrondissement.
Pros:

Bel hôtel, bien situé, à deux pas du métro et du parc Montsouris (qui était malheureusement fermé, pour cause d'alerte aux orages). Personnel sympathique. Décoration originale, d'inspiration orientale, ce qui créee une atmosphère chaleureuse. Literie confortable.

Cons:

Le système de climatisation était en panne en cette journée d'août caniculaire. J'aurais aimé qu'on m'en enforme avant la fin de mon enregistrement car j'avais pris soin de réserver une chambre d'hôtel climatisée. Cela n'aurait sans doute rien changé, mais j'aurais au moins eu le choix de rester ou non. Aucune compensation financière ne m'a été proposée (mais il faut dire que je n'ai rien demandé).

CONTRATIEMPO CON EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO y mal TRATO con LA CHICA RECEPCIONISTA
Pros:

El buen trato y educación correcta del chico recepcionista y del director del hotel en todo momento.
La limpieza era impoluta y las camas estaban espectaculares, los colchones nuevos.
Además de su ubicación cerca de paradas de bus y de metro para comunicarse directamente con el centro de París.

Cons:

Al llegar al hotel La chica recepcionista no nos trató nada bien , ni siquiera nos miraba a la cara para dirigirse a nosotros, puesto que el aire acondicionafo del hotel estaba estropeado en plena ola de calor. Se dirigidas nosotros en un tono déspota y con superioridad. Hasta que al día siguiente pudimos hablar con el director del hotel.

Pros:

Very attentive staff, good location, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, very nice hotel design, all very cosy.

Cons:

Room a bit too small, no place for luggage. Ventilators were provided but no air conditioning - in summer it is absolutely not enough. Had to sleep with the window open and even so there were almost 30 degrees in the night in the room.
