Not bad.
Pros:

Location was goo. Easy access to highway.

Worked well for our needs of 3 adults in one room. Used trundle bed which was surprisingly good.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. Best part of our stay. The front desk staff were also fabulous, kind, professional. Plenty of towels. Nice water pressure.

Cons:

No lotion in the room. Rooms a bit tired but clean. Light didn't turn on, had to plug in. Chair leg broken but functional.

Cons:

Security door lock lever was broken, shower gel container was off the wall, sheets for pull out bed were wrong size- way too small. We were charged $6 plus tax for bottled water that was in our room (and didn’t ask for) and never touched. Called front desk immediately/ said she couldn’t adjust it only manager. Waited 2 days but no adjustments. Called back for manager, called me back 10 minutes before the end of her work day (tho I’d received voicemail after earlier try saying she’d call me around 3 pm after her 3 hour meeting. Still no contact or reconciliation. Guests were allowed to partake of breakfast area with bare feet. No staff talked to them even though staff was present

It was pleasant but definitely can improve
Pros:

The location is great, it was close to everything. The staff was friendly and kept the place clean

Cons:

The shower curtains were dirty and the first room we got smelled really bad.

Room nice service non-existent
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for five nights. And check-in we were informed the room will be cleaned every other day. We checked in on Thursday, by Saturday I checked with the front desk about Cleaning. They assured me Cleaning will be done that day however it wasn’t. By Sunday still not cleaned trash not taken out. The front desk was very kind. I don’t know. Maybe they were understaffed we picked up towels ourselves from the cart, but our bed was only made one time and a five nights stay, and our trash was was taken out only once.
