The breakfast was excellent, the dinner time was quoted 1900-2200, so I barely made left overs @ 1900. Still dinner was ok. My kid loved the indoor pool and after a long drive, I loved the jacuzzi. Slept like a baby.

Upon arrival, The front desk staff was some of the worst and rudest people we have ever encountered. Made us feel unwelcomed and almost ruined the experience.
Dinner and happy hour was going on when we arrived, the dinner was pleasing and filling. The happy hour was a pleasant surprise. They had a hot breakfast with good choices. The room was very comfortable and well thought out.
Everything was good.
Breakfast was decent. The coffee was absolutely disgusting however, but I won't tell anyone. The younger lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful.
The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was the convenience of having our dogs (Boston Terriers) with us and the indoor pool since the weather wasn't very good this particular weekend. When we initially arrived the pool was massively overcrowded so my family and I decided we would check out the pool the following day. Well the following day came around and now the pool was broken, with a pool jet spraying much harder than it should. I'm sure that the reason the pool jet broke was due to how many people was in it the first night. If the fire marshall would have stopped by the initial night, I'm sure a fine would have been issued, at least 50 people was in the pool. My son cried because we had been planning this pool visit for a little time and unfortunately negligence costs us what we paid for. Didn't get to experience the indoor pool at all, instead I had to console a crying kid. Please make sure you are keeping the pool occupancy guidelines and expensive costs like that wouldn't have occurred and posts like this wouldn't exist. Overall experience goes down a good bit because of this.
