Puerto Aventuras Hotel & Beach Club

It was low season so not many people at the resort. Charged me a ‘security deposit’ on check-in which they did not return, so basically paid double for the room. Hotel s.c o m would not help me out. Disappointing.

Great hotel, good for family. Pool and Sea, the best, natural reef.
nice poolside bar and restaurant. Room was clean and had a new look.

Looks just as pictured. The reservation includes all day beach club pass. You can access the private beach area, the pool, pool bar, and restaurants. There is also a mini village with a boardwalk, restaurants, stores, and dolphin area just outside the front doors. Its a resort with separated hotel rooms withing it. Very safe and quaint. The staff was very helpful from checkin to checkout and for any questions. Rooms had adjustable climate, individual jacuzzis, bath towels and pool towels. Very spacious and clean.

This is a fantastic place to stay for a couple. We only needed space for 2, so we had a single bed room. The shower opens up to the balcony where there is a hot tub, and screens are provided to keep it private. Staff was very courteous, food was excellent, A+++

What a beautiful beach location in Puerto Aventuras. The beach bar is nice and the staff is very attentive.
The dolphin marina is right across from the hotel. It is surrounded by many good restaurants and live music every night.

My prime reason for staying here is the Fatima Bay beach. The hotel provides lots of old, just inches above the ground beach chairs - so low that it's pretty hard on the knees to get up!! But there are plenty of palapas for shade. However, around the pools there is no shade for the chairs except in one small corner! And the pools were dirty - something scummy on top of water in main pool!! Remaining negative - couldn't charge drinks and food at the pool bar to my room! Pluses: Free Breakfast was excellent, room very clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, great views of the Caribean and excellent swimming. A very relaxed atmosphere and restaraunts and bars are right across the street.

Great stay. We called ahead to let them know that we were getting in around 11pm and the guy at the front helped up get an order in to the restaurant before it closed.
Breakfast was on point. They had green juices, eggs any way you wanted them, lattes etc… very good breakfast!
My wife and I took a spin class that they offer outside. If you stay, make sure you take that course! A great workout on the beach!

Short stay but service was great

This property had a ton of potential, but sadly we visited in the off season so it seems like it just isn’t being maintained to its full potential.

We have been coming to Puerto Aventuras for 10 years and this is the first time we have stayed at the Hotel. We enjoy the layout, the beach the food and the staff is great.
