Pros:

Room was clean spacious and nice for a handicapped room. No walk- in shower no seat to sit on in shower/ tub. There was a bar in shower. Not the best handicapped room. Close to entrance.

Pros:

Location was nice. Pool was great.

Cons:

Had to call everyday for towels and to have trash removed. Ice machine did not work on the floor our room was on. Sign said what breakfast was but they did not serve everything on the list.

Pros:

Arrived a hour early and had to wait in lobby for check-in so as not to be charged extra $20….rooms were ready but could not check in without extra fee. Sitting area furniture was a bit dated, but lobby was spacious and breakfast was excellent with freshly made to order omelets.

Not at all satisfied
Pros:

The location wasn't too far from where I needed to be and the plus side was there is a pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The room had alot of messed up furniture, possibly black mold under the ac unit, sofa bad was awful even for a child, and the mini fridge barely even cooled which was a big issue for me because I needed that for my breastmilk. And if you even think about turning the TV on just know it will likely keep cutting out every few minutes.

I was very pleased at the cleanliness of my room, and the breakfast the first day. Not happy overal
Pros:

Arrived on Wednesday evening-Thursday morning breakfast was fantastic. But on Saturday morning a bigger crowd of people, so service wasn't expected to be good, however, they ran out of everything. I never did get any breakfast. No yogurt even. No pastries. No waffles. Tried to get cranberry juice-also gone. Line for omelets was extremely long. This was around 8:15 am. Very disappointing.

Cons:

On the second day there, Thursday, my brother and I were gone most of the day; came back and I really had to go to the bathroom and neither card would access the room. I called down on the house phone, hoping they could do something from there, but ended up having to go downstairs (3rd floor) and have them reset the room keys. My brother had one all day and I had the other, but they said we must have gotten too close to an electronic device, which caused them to stop working. I've stayed in many hotels and this has never happened once I had already accessed the room! I had to find a bathroom on the first floor! And the breakfast on the last day was very disappointing. Part of the reason I booked here was for the breakfast option. Had to drive all the way back to Virginia that day and didn't want to stop and look for a place to eat breakfast!
