Pros:

We requested housekeeping upon check in for our stay. We depart the next day and no housekeeping came. We complained. They came up with towels no rags, we had to send them back down for rags. Then the toilet started messing up reported that was told that it's a slow drain, woke up to the next day to the toilet totally stuffed up call them seven something in the morning they said that they were sending maintenance this is totally unacceptable when you come into a hotel you expect everything to be working you expect your request to be granted even minor request and it just didn't happen and I usually like Best Western but this was my worst experience

Our stay was excellent!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was so pleasant and very welcoming. Our room was perfect. We would definitely look forward to staying again. Also the breakfast was delicious and the omelet station was a hit

I would have liked more grass for walking our dogs.

Deceptive policies ruin the value. Good staff.

Clerks and managers are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Hotel is deceptive about their check in policies on the day of a local football game. Delayed check in for hours which added stress to the trip.

Will not go back until the above is fixed.
Pros:

Beautiful grounds and hotel. Love the style. Good room and bed. Very good staff and breakfast.

Cons:

Bed in direct line with the A/C is not good and noisy. Move the bed to the opposite wall (room 126)
TV picture kept breaking so we could not watch TV. No hot water but they gave us 20% off
Grand entrance but spoiled because of the strong smell of disinfectant.
