Relax nelle saline
Pros:

L’hotel è al centro delle saline di Cervia, con fenicotteri e altri uccelli acquatici. Il personale dell’hotel incarna la famosa accoglienza della Romagna! Infine la colazione

Cons:

Se proprio devo cercare una pecca devo dire che il letto era un po’ scomodo, ma ovviamente è soggettivo.

I would not return to this property, but setting was very pretty.
Pros:

The setting is great. The building is antique and had historical significance. The lobby is very welcoming and it had the feel of an antique Manor House. The room had air conditioning which was essential during the 37 degrees weather we met!

Cons:

The bedroom has a musty smell, it was very old fashioned, the mattresses were very old, the headboard was made of old and dirty looking fabric. I found it all very off putting. The bathroom seems to have been upgraded in the 1980’s wasn’t too bad but did not have a ventilation unit. The toilet brush was musty and black.

Bis auf das furchtbare Verhalten des Chefs akzeptabel.
Pros:

Reinigungsfrauen und junger Rezeptionist extrem gutes Verhalten.

Cons:

Chef bzw Manager/Eigentümer katastrophales Verhalten. Er hat sich über mich lustig gemacht, weil ich kaputte Lampe im Rasierspiegel gewechselt haben wollte und hat diese mutwillig zwei ganze Wo heb nicht getauscht. Ich muss wegen einer Herzkrankheit Blutverdünnungstabletten nehmen und wenn ich mich beim Rasieren schneide ist das gefährlich. Ich sagte ihm es würde genügen eine der funktionierenden Lampen ins Zentrum zu montieren. Ich weiß nicht ob sein unfassbares Verhalten mit Diskriminierung zu tun hat.
