Super Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht nach Manhattan, super Lage, gepflegt und sicher. 10 min mit der Fähre nach Downtown.
Preise sind auch okay.
Eine Rolltreppe ging nicht am ersten Tag.
Do not Valet your car if you need it to be delivered in a timely manor. We waited 1 1/2 hrs and almost missed our flight. Park on the street or choose another hotel.
It does have a nice view of New York. The main areas, rooms and hallways are clean.
First, front sliding doors were not working, elevator going up not working, staff service for breakfast à la carte was very slow. The pool is rather small. Finally, a staff member in the bathroom acknowledged using the last paper towel and did nothing about it.
The view from the restaurant
The bathtub had molding at the hedges, peeled paint on the ceiling. For a $300 per night I would expect better.
The location is great, on the river, right beside PATH station of exchange place. We took path and ferry (a bit more expensive than path, few steps south of path station) to go into the city, very convenient. We got a bit confused with where the hotel affiliated parking is, it’s the same one as that for whole foods, few minutes walk away. We also had some simple supper food at whole foods after big/heavy lunches. They don’t have water fountain so we either got bottled water from front desk or brought some from whole foods, still not sure how many free water bottles they offer, would be nice to have water fountain.
Hotel is great and the renovations are 10 out of 10 and this what my 2nd time staying at this hotel but the valet service is why I am unlikely to stay there again. The front desk were nice and the check-in was pretty quick and I liked my room a lot. The valet was the opposite, I had to wait bit for someone to get my car and the dude was rude and also I and many other guests have to wait over an hour for us to get out cars, which just set my return trip back like crazy and I sat in the downstairs lobby hearing the other guest fuming, which I felt the same.
Beliggenhet
Veldig dyr frokost. Lite velge imellom.
Very nice hotel
Hidden prices. You have to pay over $50 to park per night or park at a garage. That’s a 10 minute walk from hotel very inconvenient.
The view, and ambiance were amazing! But I have to mention the restaurant and bar( The Exchange). We had to make our way back several times. Ryan and James made our time there memorable. Nowadays it’s hard to find exceptional customer service. Remembering our names, drink orders and just being being personable, helped to make the weekend of my birthday special .
Excellent hotel with great views of NYC. Also incredibly convenient to transportation into the city. Would easily stay here again.
A great hotel in the Jersey City right on the Hudson river and super close to Path Trains so very convenient for visits to Manhattan. It has a great view and helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay here.
Easy and fast access to PATH and Manhattan at a much more reasonable price than the hotels across the river. Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. As a Globalist, I would come back without any hesitation.
The room was excellent, clean - with all the amenities I needed, quietness, and a great view of the NYC skyline and the Hudson River.
