It was not a typical hotel stay
Pros:

It was a clean property.

Cons:

Breakfast sandwiches are heated inside the plastic! It says on the package to remove from plastic packaging! Housekeepers DO NOT make the beds. I didn’t get my bed done not even once out of the whole week. The room was entered only to change my towels every other day. Other than that they didn’t touch anything or clean anything up. I’ve never had a hotel experience like this.

Clean room, comfy bed, and good TV = good value
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV had some good channels on it and you don't have to login to a subscription, which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location worked well for where I needed to go in Bakersfield. The air con/heater worked well. Shower had good pressure and water temperature was good.

Cons:

I was on the ground floor and the person above me was walking around all night, I could hear them walking and the floor creaking and toilet flushing. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. Shower mat had some mold on the suction cups. When I woke up someone was one the phone talking loudly outside. Breakfast was fine for an included breakfast, it was very minimal, all packaged items.

I usually always stay at this hotel when I'm in town. I've had to come here several times to visit my in-laws. I would recommend it to other people

The beds really are that good!
Pros:

The reviewers weren’t lying—the beds are super comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Hotel was quiet aside from the white noise of the freeway next door—but that wasn’t distracting or disruptive from inside the room. I used the treadmill and refilled my water bottle at the fitness center. It was a super quick drive from the hotel to my favorite downtown spots. (Shout out to Tiki-Ko, Smitten, Woolworth’s, Dagny’s, and Going Underground Records!) Got Costco gas right across the street before I skipped town. Easy access to the freeway. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Bakersfield.

Add shower head please
Pros:

Everything was great besides that there’s no shower head. It was hard to wash my body in that tub because the faucet is so small and closed to the wall

Great Bargain and Comfortable!
Pros:

A quite, and nicely appointed hotel. Comfortable rooms, soft towels, excellent beds and linens. And the breakfast nook has great coffees, rolls, and even "Jimmy Dean" sausage, egg, and cheese hot sandwiches. Reasonably priced and I would definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff, too! A+!
