L’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique, facilement accessible, avec un parking particulièrement appréciable. Le personnel se montre courtois, souriant et toujours disposé à rendre service.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre, avec une literie de grande qualité.

Cons:

Le repas du premier soir ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur des standards auxquels cette chaîne nous a habitués.
La salle de bains mériterait d’être modernisée : remplacer la baignoire par une douche faciliterait notamment l’accès aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Est-ce que toutes les chambres sont-elles équipées ainsi ?
L’insonorisation laisse à désirer, les bruits des chambres voisines, y compris l’utilisation des sanitaires, étant clairement perceptibles, trop même !...

Excepcional hotel y atención al cliente
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y es perfecto!!!Tuvimos un problema porque se retrasó el vuelo y nos ayudaron en todo. La localización es muy buena y la habitación es espaciosa con unas vistas maravillosas. Gran hotel con un gran equipo!! Sin duda nuestro hotel en Génova.

Nada. Solamente quizás si pudieran incluir algunas almohadas mas suaves pero realmente por decir algo.
