Nice for a water side location but in need of improvements
Pros:

The bar is really nice and reception staff were friendly.
Rooms have a nice view of water.

Cons:

Lifts, hallways and rooms are all very dated and in need of refurbishment. There was always a weird/unpleasant smell as we walked through hallways to our rooms.
Lifts were slow and clunky.
We paid extra for a balcony room but the balcony is tiny and had thick high walls, with no sunlight except early in morning so we did nit end up using it.
Bar staff were rude and we had very poor service there. Great location on the water for an evening or sunset drink but given the lack of service we only ever stayed for one drink and left to go elsewhere (it was never busy, the staff just didn't attend to anyone).
Not the hotels fault directly but the area surrounding hotel in Genoa is fairly grungy and there are many people trying to scam you along the wharfs. Witnessed several tourists fall into trap of taking an item from these people to then be harassed for money.

Ideales Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt und mit Autogarage.
Pros:

Zimmer war gut und sauber.
Lage ideal - unbedingt Auto in der Hotelgarage parken. Zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum.
Hotelrestaurant war super - hatten einen Tisch auf der Terrasse, schöner Ausblick.

Cons:

Hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und auch bestätigt bekommen. Beim Check-in gab’s dann ein Zimmer ohne Balkon. Musste reklamieren, leider kam nicht mal ein Sorry. Aber dafür das Zimmer mit Balkon, wenn dieser auch sehr klein war, aber man konnte hinaus.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. Très propre. Lit très confortable. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Proche de la ville, magasins et restaurants.

Cons:

La baignoire était bouchée et malgré notre remarque, rien n a été fait…dommage
