good location, but definitely not worth the price for a suite with so many issues.
Pros:

good location, goog breakfast

Cons:

the receptionists at checkout were not friendly at all.
the bed in the suite was terrible: it was made of two single beds pushed together that kept separating during the night.
the fridge in the room (placed on the floor next to the bed) was not cooling properly.
the toilet on the lower floor of the suite kept running water.
the room was not properly cleaned.

Ottimo. Certamente da ripetere.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta. Vista sul porticciolo e vicinanza a tutte le attrazioni del centro di Genova

Cons:

La colazione come varietà e soprattutto, come servizio. Certamente di estrema cortesia e disponibilità ma piuttosto carente quanto a presenza costante.

Pros:

Super Lage im Hafen und nahe der spanischen Galeere und des Auquariums. Ebenfalls nahe der Altstadt.
Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist übrigens hervorragend.

hotel business dove ti senti in vacanza, una posizione ottima per lavoro e turismo; vicino al centro e sul mare. assolutamente raccomandabile

ho dimenticato una cintura in camera e, dopo il mio impegno di lavoro, sono ripassato in hotel per verificare se l'avessero ritrovata; alla reception mi hanno detto che non era stato trovato nulla, ho un po' insistito, ma no, nulla. riparto, qualche ora dopo mi chiama l'hotel per dirmi che la cintura era stata ritrovata. chiedo di spedirmela e la spedizione risulta a mio carico, € 14, nulla di che, ma ero ripassato apposta per recuperarla, mi è stato erroneamente detto che non c'era, mi sarei aspettato una spedizione a carico della struttura; non un gran trattamento.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia della struttura, la colazione e la posizione, davvero ottime.

Cons:

Purtroppo la temperatura della stanza era troppo alta: il termostato segnava 24/25 gradi e questo ha reso il nostro sonno davvero difficile. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception dopo la prima notte, ma la situazione è cambiata di poco. Anche la seconda notte abbiamo dormito molto male. Siamo stati costretti ad aprire la finestra per cercare un po’ di sollievo, ma il rumore esterno non ha aiutato.

In sintesi, durante il nostro weekend a Genova non siamo riusciti a riposare bene, e questo ha inciso parecchio sulla nostra esperienza.

A mio parere il sonno, che in un albergo è un aspetto fondamentale: per questo motivo, pur riconoscendo i lati positivi, il soggiorno non ci ha soddisfatti pienamente. Spero possano migliorare questo aspetto in futuro.
