الإقامة بشكل عام كانت مرضية، ولكن هناك عدة ملاحظات أثرت على جودة التجربة وأتمنى من إدارة الفندق الالتفات لها:
تجهيز الغرفة ونواقص الخدمات: حجزنا كان لـ 3 أشخاص، وللأسف عند استلام الغرفة لم تكن مهيأة بالكامل؛ لم تتوفر فوط للسباحة، ولا شباشب (انعال)، ولم نجد سوى فرشاة أسنان واحدة فقط! تواصلنا مع الاستقبال وتم توفير النواقص مشكورين، ولكن المفروض أن تكون الغرفة جاهزة ومكتملة بناءً على عدد الضيوف قبل تسجيل الدخول.
الأثاث والمستوى المريح: الأثاث مستهلك في بعض الزوايا ويحتاج إلى صيانة وتجديد بشكل عاجل، كما لوحظ عدم وجود كرسي خاص بمكتب العمل في الغرفة. بالإضافة إلى أن المخدات كانت قاسية جداً وغير مريحة للنوم.
الخلاصة: الاستقبال متعاون وتجاوبهم سريع، لكن تجربة الإقامة ستكون أفضل بكثير لو كان هناك تدقيق مسبق على تجهيز الغرف وصيانة الأثاث.

Uncleaned room!
Pros:

Location is near by key places

Cons:

The place is not clean. Even though i called earlier the same day to emphasize on the importance of clean condition but still we found oil like shining stuff on tables and dressing table, dirty and uncleaned furniture, broken wooden furniture specially door of bathroom, and clogged toilet sink. The quality is deteriorating with time and this is going to be my last time i stay there!

الهدوء والنضافة وتعامل الموظفين وسرعة الدخول

الثلاجة كانت غير موجودة وكان لازم نتصل عشان يجيبونها فهشي ماعجبني لان انا جاي ارتاح وواصل متاخر فكنت اتمنى كل شي جاهز والمكيف كان يطلع صوت في غرفة رقم 310 اتمنى يعملون للغرفة صيانة ويتاكدون من جاهزيتها تماما في المرة القادمة
