Rooms on 3rd floor need some refurbishing, From the pictures on booking.com I understand that those restauration works are being realized.

The staff were lovely, very pleasant and helpful.
Our room wasn't great, the carpet was old, the bathroom needs to be updated,. The windows in the bedroom were extremely dirty. I'm very surprised at the poor standard for a radisson hotel and for the price that I was charged.

The staff were good. We had a few issues in our room but the hotel manager personally fixed them to the best of his ability. The room was big. The breakfast was nice. The facilities on the grounds would make it a great place to stay for families with young kids.
There was a wedding on so it was quite noisy. The TV didn't work in the room, and we had to call the front desk to get it fixed. One of the sockets was emitting a high pitch beeping noise so they had to turn off the power to it, meaning we couldn't use the sockets beside the bed. The room is quite dated and the bathroom needs a bit of a revamp.
