Never Again
Pros:

Very little to like. I met a nice couple at the bar and the female staff at the bar was nice.

Cons:

I planned an early arrival in order to have lunch on the patio. The website does not indicate that the restaurant has “limited hours”. My choices for food was vending machines!!!!
Upon my arrival, I was greeted with “are you trying to check in?”, voiced in a tone as if I was trying to break in. Where is the “Hello, welcome to The …….”
The bed was uncomfortable, likely given to solo travellers only, due to the difficulty to access the other side of the bed. Therefore the very used side was….uncomfortable.
The shower head is very high and therefore a 5’2” person cannot reach it to adjust it. So, it flows past
the shower glass and onto the floor….careful!!!
If that isn’t enough, I listened to dogs barking 24 hours! I was later informed that there is an SPCA next door.

$10.00 parking fee??? Never saw it mentioned on the booking page, nor when I checked in. There was plenty of free parking within a 100 or so feet that I would have taken had I been advised.

Hotel was nice but the animal shelter was very loud at night and fire alarms going off
Cons:

Hotel location is right next to an animal shelter and the dogs bark all night. The fire alarm also went of for about 30 minutes. Happened at night and didnt turn off for what seemed like forever

Other than the toilet clogging and the low flow showerhead and the cheap feeling towels it was an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The location was great for us. The staff, especially maintenance was wonderful .

Cons:

Our toilet got stuffed up the first time we used it. The towels are not soft and fluffy like I’d expect. The shower had absolutely no decent spray, not the least bit powerful, maybe it was the water saving shower head but it made for a less than enjoyable shower.

Really nice newer facility!
Pros:

Switched hotels from the Sheraton Agoura up the street without a reservation because of construction. Very nice, newer hotel that also has a Town Place Suite in the same building.
I arrived about 10:30am and tried to check in early because the of the issues at the Sheraton, but it was a no. But, they let me stay in the lobby to work while I waited for my room to be ready.
It was a great 2 day stay, and nothing bad to say. They had EV chargers, nice amenities, and high speed working internet! Stay here if you are thinking about staying at the Sheraton down the street.

Perfect stay just off the 101
Pros:

This is an a truly amazing hotel. Warm and welcoming staff making sure guests have a seamless experience. Rooms are nice and cozy. Breakfast is superb!
