Was the most expensive hotel booked over the whole 3 week tour of Ireland - and with poorest service provided
Pros:

Location/ gateway to Galway town and Connemara region.

Cons:

No ventilation / AC in all rooms. The6 sy don’t need it. Very hot at night. Requested help on 2nd & 3rd night - poor response.
Had requested a quiet room. Told hotel full, no alternative to room given even before collection of suitcases. Actual room right in common area with drinks and snack machine.After being OUT all day returned to find room not serviced - no new water bottles/ tea/ sugar/ etc, and beds not even tidied or made up. Though5 that was poor service, lacked communication with servicing staff.

Was the most expensive hotel booked over the whole 3 week tour of Ireland - and with poorest service provided. Requested of manager if the restaurant was open in evening . . . . to book a table. Told restaurant closed, we should use snack bar.

Pros:

Ideal for families 15min drive from Galway city. Lovely playground and pool. Great staff, lovely breakfast what more do you want

Wasnt allowed pay cash wiyhout showing ID , I had no ID on me. Staff said it was policy but couldnt explain the reason.

Short stay but worth it
Pros:

Staff was great and friendly.
Kids loved the pool
Location just outside Galway and 15 min shorter to Cliffs of Moher. Suited us because we had a car.
Free parking. EV charger big bonus.

Cons:

Room was a bit dusty.

Overall the hotel is fine. There were some small issues which the manager noted after talking to her.
Pros:

The location was ok for where I was travelling to the following day.
