На одну-две ночи может быть :)
Pros:

В целом неплохой отель отель, близко площади Феррари, ходили гулять пешком.

Отель забронировал нам место на крытой парковке в 50 метрах от отеля, поэтому с машиной проблем не было (сутки стоят 25 евро).

Cons:

Отель позиционирует себя как 4****, но не было даже воды в номере, хотя летом, мне кажется, это должен быть стандарт.

Оплата за маленькую собаку 25 евро,хотя для собаки не было ничего, даже миски под воду :(

Лампочки в номере не включались как надо (нажимаешь выключатель с одной стороны кровати, а свет включается с другой и тд) торшер не работал вовсе.

и из минусов ещё был вид на внутренний двор и лестница прямо перед нашими окнами

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. Situado en el centro de Genova a 5 mins de la Piazza Ferrari. Las habitaciones espaciosas y limpias y el desayuno muy bien.

Cons:

El único punto a mencionar es que no disponen de parking propio. Creo haber leído que sí, pero al llegar os informaron de diferentes opciones en las cercanías pero no uno propio. Resolvimos fácil pero detalle a tener en cuenta.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage und die ansprechenden Räumlichkeiten des NH Hotel Genova haben mir gut gefallen. Leider wurde der positive Eindruck durch mehrere Service‑ und Hygienemängel getrübt.

Trotz einer Buchung für zwei Personen war im Zimmer nur eine Bettdecke vorhanden.
Die Rezeption wirkte überfordert und bot zunächst Leintücher und Wolldecken an.
Schließlich wurde ein unbezogenes Duvet aufs Bett gelegt, was weder hygienisch noch zuvorkommend ist.
Erst nach erneutem Nachfragen wurde ein Überzug gebracht, den man selbst anziehen musste.
Zusätzlich war der Boden im Zimmer sehr staubig und machte den Eindruck einer nur sehr oberflächlichen Reinigung.
Insgesamt ist die Lage hervorragend, doch der Service und die Sauberkeit entsprechen nicht dem Standard, den man von einem NH‑Hotel erwarten darf.

Abbiamo prenotato tre camere ad uso singolo allo stesso prezzo, ma le dimensioni di stanze e bagni erano molto diverse. Il mio bagno era piccolissimo e con gravi problemi di manutenzione inammissibili per un 4 stelle: il saliscendi della doccia era rotto (un pezzo è caduto al mio ingresso in doccia), lo specchio era tenuto insieme con del nastro adesivo e mancava una delle luci da toeletta. Soggiorno discreto, ma c'è molta attenzione da prestare ai dettagli delle camere e al servizio clienti.
