Lo staff e le accortezze che hanno avuto. Era il mio compleanno e se ne sono accorti. Mi hanno fatto un Upgrade gratuito e mi hanno fatto trovare un bottiglia di bollicine in camera come regalo, non me l aspettavo quindi è stato super gradito.

Struttura centralissima, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città.
Arredamento della stanza moderno e con il necessario per un breve soggiorno.
La colazione è stata abbondante e varia, ho apprezzato la gentilezza del personale in sala.
Un punto in più per la possibilità di effettuare il check out fino alle 12:00 (ideale per chi non ama fare le corse al mattino durante una gita di relax).

Cons:

La stanza era pulita ad eccezione del pavimento che era stato lavato superficialmente: sull’angolo vicino al comodino c’erano accumuli di polvere e sotto al letto anche (l’ho notato riprendendo una ciabatta che non trovavo). Nel copri piumone era rimasta una macchia (credo di sangue) visibile solo in controluce, ci tengo a specificare che il piumone era stato lavato ma evidentemente non era stato smacchiato bene.
