La struttura è molto pulita, sala colazione ben organizzata.

Cons:

Quattro cuscini sul letto, tutti uguali, da migliorare e permettere la scelta al cliente tra cuscini di tipologia diversa. Il frigorifero ha fatto rumore tutta la notte continuando ad accendersi e spegnersi per mantenere la temperatura.
L’hotel non ha parcheggio, quando sono arrivata tutti i park della zona erano occupati (penso perché vicino c’è un teatro) e ho dovuto parcheggiare sul marciapiede

Se decidete di visitare Genova è un ottimo posto per raggiungere i posti di interesse senza problemi
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, molto confortevole e pulito. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il letto, Queen size era super comodo. Il bagno molto bello e dotato di tutti i comfort, compresa la crema per il corpo. Un ambiente elegante ma non troppo formale.

Cons:

In camera era un pò troppo caldo, ma per il resto era veramente ok. Una pecca era il frigo bar, che almeno nella mia camera non funzionava bene, ho preso una birra ma non era fredda.
