Pros:

La localisation, les chambres spacieuses et le personnel

Cons:

Le manque de transat le fait que ça soit un peu glissant autour de la piscine et les gens qui ne jettent pas leur saleté dans la poubelle, et qui laisse traîner partout par terre

Pros:

Die Rutschen sind natürlich das Highlight in diesem Hotel, die Betten waren etwas hart, aber mit nachbestelltem Topper durchaus verwendbar, Die Lage zum Strand und zum nächtlichen Geschehen war gut und denn noch ruhig genug für die Nacht. Das Frühstück war umfassend und bot von Brötchen, Cornflakes, über Omlettes und herzhaften Speisen alles, was benötigt wird. Gesamt ein guter Aufenthalt für dieses Preissegment. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und habe ich in Thailand schon deutlich schlechter erlebt.

Cons:

Die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück war zwei oder drei Tage defekt, außerdem sind zwei Automaten für diese Menge an Menschen zum Morgen einfach zu wenig.
Am schlimmsten ist die Poollandschaft, die einfach brutalst glatte Fliesen hat. Es ist nicht die Frage, ob man ausrutscht, sondern wann - es ist wirklich unvermeidbar.
Hotel war einfach durch die Rutschen ÜBERVOLL ab morgens. Wir sind im Nachbar Hotel (Tuana Beach) an den Pool gegangen, weil wir dort fast allein waren und in Pamookkoo gar keine Liegen mehr bekommen haben. Also merke: Das Hotel wird von Familien gebucht, die am Pool und nicht am Meer liegen wollen! KEINE RUHE!

Sicuramente la posizione dell'hotel era strategica comoda per uscire anche a piedi, camere abbastanza comode per quattro persone 2 adulti e 2 bambini, pulizia nella norma.

Cons:

sicuramente che l'hotel per pagare gli extra non mi ha accettato AMEX dicendo che non l'aveva, in più la colazione andava molto sotto le aspettative.

Ogromny moloch. Tłok, hałas. Hotel udaje luksusowy , a w rzeczywistość nim nie jest. Nastawiony na masową turystykę.
Basen czynny do 18? Gościom nie przeszkadza pływanie i hałasowanie do 22. Nikt z obsługi nie zawraca na to uwagi.

A great hotel for families
Pros:

The hotel is a perfect family hotel. The swimming pool is great and the room we found to be well laid out and clean. This hotel is perfect for families with young children. An easy short walk to Kata beach and a short tuk tuk ride to Kata Noi beach. A staff member named Oh was very helpful at breakfast as well as Georgie who thoroughly cleaned prior to providing our table to sit at. Thank you to you both.

Cons:

The pool area is very slippery and this is noted by many respondents. We were at the pool most days and witnessed many people fall over. The hotel has laid down some rubber matting, but simply nowhere near enough. This needs to be addressed. Had it not been for this issue I would have rated the hotel much higher. They need to take this issue seriously. Breakfast was good, although very busy at times so some small wait was required.
