Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Pamookkoo Resort!

The hotel is very clean, family-friendly, and the facilities are great, especially for kids. The location is also convenient and close to everything we needed.

A special thank you to Nami, who was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us during our stay. She made our experience even better with her support and warm attitude.

Cons:

The only small point is that there were no halal food options available at the hotel, which was a bit challenging for us.

Noisy stay
Pros:

The room was a very nice size and very clean. Also transport services was very easy to obtain.

Cons:

The hotel is huge and the pool area is always full of children since it is a family resort. Therefore, it is not a quiet hotel.

Larm og kaos, desværre.
Pros:

Pool og rutsjebane var godt.

Cons:

De har ingen regler for håndklæder ved solsengene, der er SÅ meget larm, højt musik hele tiden, selv til morgenmaden bliver man blæst væk af techno musik. Vi skulle betale for at låne en tallerken og bestik til takeaway. De gjorde ikke rent på værelset når vi anmodede om roomservice, vi vælger endda kun af få det hver 3 dag.

Hotel très bien situé entre plage et commerces. Chambre spacieuse, petit dejeuner copieux

Certains vacanciers qui se croient tout permis et sont très mal éduqués. Aucun respect des autres vacanciers et des employes

Все было замечательно. Чисто, уютно. Огромная кровать. Выход к бассейну. Уборка ежедневная. Завтрак однообразный, но выбор большой. Просто шикарный отель.

Хоть и стоял репеллент от комаров, но он совсем не помогал.

Det fanns två bra saker med det här hotellet: all thailändsk personal och rummet. Inte mer än så. Välj ett annat hotell med rutschkanor istället.

Cons:

Det här stället vimlar av fulla, vräkiga ryssar. Vi såg alldeles för fulla människor flera gånger som staplade omkring bland poolerna, bland alla småbarn. Poolområdet är superhalt, du kommer halka. Det värsta är frukosten – det spelas hög technomusik hela frukostvistelsen så pulsen är konstant hög. Det är trångt, oavsett vilken tid du kommer. Maten är acceptabel, inte mer än så. Vi fick inte hjälp att boka en taxi heller utan skulle lösa det själva. Minimarket de hänvisar till har ett prispåslag på minst 200%, gå hellre till 7-11 några minuter bort. Det värsta är att min son sov i en överslaf på rummet, utan tröja, och när han vaknade var hans rygg full av bett, minst 25 st, som kliade rejält.
