Top hotel met kinderen.
Pros:

Met kinderen is dit een fantastische plek. Ze kunnen uren spelen in het waterpark.

Cons:

De mensen waren over het algemeen minder vriendelijk dan op andere plaatsen in Thailand.

Usine à touriste trop impersonnel !
Pros:

L’emplacement avec les animations autours. A 5 minutes à pied d’une très belle plage!

Cons:

Hôtel trop concentré, trop de monde en fin avril début mai ça doit être l’horreur en pleine saison . Énormément de touristes et nous avions pris des chambres accès piscine déçu impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre tant il y’a de moustique avec les végétations en réz de chaussés (photo en séchant le linges des dizaine et dizaine de posent dessus) Nous avions deux chambres une seule prête à 15h la seconde il fallait attendre 15h30 long quand vous attendez déjà avec deux enfants un check in à 15h!
Petit déjeuner pas de fruits variés pastèque banane ananas (on aurais aimé voir en 6 nuits fruits de la passion ? Papaye ? …), pas de nuttela ou chocolat ? si vous arrivez à 9h30/40 il faut attendre une place et installer sois même les couverts car trop de monde. Effet usine à touriste concentré autour de la piscine! Du sang sur les draps bref nous n’irons plus à cette établissement. Il doit y avoir des voyages organisés en Russie et Chine avec des tours opérateurs car 99% de la clientèle…
Le seul point positif et si vous êtes prêts à payer que pour ça c’est le toboggan que les enfants adorent!

Very nice hotel stay away from room 2116
Pros:

Really nice hotel. Very well organized. Only down side was pump out room .

Cons:

Room 2116 has a pump placed directly outside, which is very loud when operating as it’s used to clean the pool. The noise can be quite disruptive.

Additionally, water runs down the nearby steps, which seems to attract a lot of mosquitoes in the area.

If possible, I would recommend avoiding this room for a more comfortable stay.

High hopes, left disappointed.
Pros:

Great location and slides.

Cons:

Too many things not working, and not getting fixed.
Over the week we were there, lifts, coffee machine (only one working for all guests), two treadmills, kids pool, out of service, and not getting fixed.
Also zero changes in the breakfast. Same every single day.

Super séjour en famille dans un très bel établissement très bien placé au pied de tout y compris la mer.
Pros:

Les piscines et l’emplacement de l’hôtel on a tout autour de nous sans oublier la gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel tout confondu.

Alles da was man für eine entspannten Urlaub braucht
Pros:

Kinderbetreuung, Pool. Alle Angenehmlichkeiten eines Resorts, incl. zimmerservice etc.
Waren nur 2 Tage hier. zur Abwechslung zu sonstigen Unterkünften ganz schön, wenn alles vor Ort ist und die Kinder betreut werden können.
Natürlich nicht authentisches Thailand. Aber das ist wohl jedem Besucher bewusst.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Pamookkoo Resort!

The hotel is very clean, family-friendly, and the facilities are great, especially for kids. The location is also convenient and close to everything we needed.

A special thank you to Nami, who was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us during our stay. She made our experience even better with her support and warm attitude.

Cons:

The only small point is that there were no halal food options available at the hotel, which was a bit challenging for us.
