This is a really beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

The room was beautiful, very large. Bed was super comfortable. The location is as perfect as it gets if you want to explore San Antonio. TV was very accessible for sports and movies.

Cons:

There is no spa, pool or business center. Also, the shower/bath was pretty slick and had no grab bars or anti-slip mats. I had to ask for one.

The staff waa extremely friendly. Ambiance was spot on. Location to food, Riverwalk and alamo were perfect.

Cons:

On check out date, we noticed blood and urine stains on the inside of the comforter. Not sure if it was flipped inside out on purpose but made us feel disgusting after. No resolution offered.

NO parking. Maybe I missed it on website but you have to park several blocks away or forced to pay $64 dollars a night for valet.

Great atmosphere of the hotel. The architecture and interior design were stunning. Location is fantastic, right off the river-walk, in the heart of the city. The staff was very helpful in finding a parking spot.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too soft, but it's a matter of personal preference.
