Fantastic!!! Cannot fault this gorgeous hotel!!
Pros:

Great location, superb atmosphere, stunning decor, helpful and welcoming staff! Top notch all the way!

Room Disappointed
Pros:

It is very nice and beautiful hotel. Very clean, very elegant. Location was nice but not where I expected to be on the correct side of the riverwalk I wanted to be.

Cons:

I had called at 6:10 that we were running late on check in and I was told there would be issue with the room I requested. But there was an issue, we received a room with 2 twins side beds and it was my and my husband anniversary and we ended up sleeping on separate beds. We were told there was nothing else available very disappointed. My reservation was queen bed and balcony, and we disnt get either.

The only place we will stay in San Antonio for getaway trips. I adore this hotel! Great service, clean and great food!!
Pros:

Location. It is right in the River walk!! Staff was amazing!! Valet and housekeeping were excellent !!!

Wish they had free breakfast!

We enjoyed everything. You're facility was beautiful. You're staff was lovely, very professional. From the front desk staff the employee handling our luggage the vehicle were very helpful and professional. Cleaning staff did a great job also. Thank you'll.

Wish it would have been a more positive experience.
Pros:

The receptionist that I spoke to about our stay was very understanding when I told her we had not slept at all due to the individual staying next door to us. She was very kind and indicated that we would receive a refund.

Cons:

Its on the Riverwalk. Location is good and Valet is great although pricey

Not happy won't stag again.
Pros:

That it was on the river walk.

Cons:

That we had to pay for valet parking and we're not told before hand. That I was told something special would be done in the room before we checked in for my husband's birthday. And I had to fo ask a few times while my husband was there. It was supposed to be a surprise. And also we requested clean sheets three times yesterday and it was never done and also when asked for something I got attitude like I was bothering someone. Not really happy for all the money I had to pay to stay. And no pool. I was so excited about this weekend i had been planning for months. So I was very disappointed.

We will eat at the restaurants, but there are many other hotels in San Antonio to get away for a staycation
Pros:

Air conditioning was almost non-existent at any setting. There was caked on blood on the sheets - although the staff responded by crediting our night, it was a sleepless night.

Cons:

The restaurants are very good - to which my wife and I had been before, but the property doesn’t have a pool, which is a real bummer and the air conditioning is poor!

Expensive but generally a decent stay
Pros:

Loved loved Mr.Mo the valet gentleman. I dealt with .Mo and David the most and they were so polite and just loved both of their demeanor. The price waz higher than what I normally stay, but I felt comfortable in the area.

Cons:

The prices were a bit high for the area.
