Had a great time in San Antonio. If I come back, I will stay at the Valencia.
Pros:

Location was great . Valet guys and gal were so welcoming.very good restaurant. Really like the fact that you could offset the $22 resort fee by using it at the restaurant once a day.

A good hotel at a good price.
Pros:

Our first time in San Antonio. This hotel is perfectly located for The Alamo and Riverwalk. It is a short (very short) walk to both attractions. Our room (303) was described as a Superior King. It was clean and spacious. It seems to have been updated within the past year or so. Noise? Generally the room was quiet but: Try to avoid getting a room on the lower floors facing N. St Mary Street as the garbage is picked up early in the morning and is very loud. The atmosphere in the lobby is welcoming but the decor is dark to the eye. Loud, and I mean loud, noise (music) is playing all day and was annoying and distracted from the atmosphere. Check in was slow but they were training a new clerk. The staff could not have been more polite and courteous. The exercise room is on the third floor, is clean and has what you need to work out. We didn't use any other services to comment on.

Wonderful location at the Riverwalk.
Pros:

I loved the location of the hotel. All the staff were very helpful. They made us feel welcome. The room was large and quiet.
