Sia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. I will continue to book with Hampton due to her helpfulness. I am partially disabled and not able to use a step across tub. I had specifically selected the property due to the walk-in shower. I even had called as the “accessible” room had the tubs and the front desk confirmed that a “standard” room would provide the walk-in shower. When we arrived I showed my booking.com reservation of a standard room but Sia showed that the Hilton system showed “accessible” with a tub and all other rooms were sold out. I explained that I selected the property specifically for the walk in shower due to my disability. She understood my frustration and listened to me and SOLVED the problem, finding me a room with the walk in shower- she went above and beyond for a customer and I will not forget that kindness and willingness to help. She is a bright spot in your local property teams and deserves recognition. I’ll be a Hampton Inn customer forever with service like that.

Location good! Our air unit was loud and the wall was ticking all night like a bomb was in it! Room nice bed comfy clean room nice view…. Everything we needed! We know in construction can have hiccups!
The noise in the room used white noise to mask

Patrons allowed to be noisy late in the evening. Past midnight. Outside door slams shut and causes an extreme nuisance. Weird noise prior to when the air turned on.
Although the Hotel is under construction it was still neat and clean.
The staff was top tier and very attentive. I asked for additional sheet and they were at the door in seconds and it was after 10 at night.
I had a problem with WI-FI access because due to my last name being hyphenated...It was fixed immediately!
The breakfast was fresh and delicious.
The rooms and restrooms were upgraded and very chic!
I like the location and how accommodating the staff was
I found a roach in the room and i was woken up multiple times during the night to doors being slammed and people shouting in the hallway
The location was excellent, perfect for all restaurants and shopping needs.
The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I felt safe and had no worries about the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent!
I usually bring a hairdryer with me but did not this time. Most hotels have a courtesy hair dryer so I didn't worry with bringing one. Unfortunately, there was no hair dryer in the room so I had to attend a conference with damp and frizzy hair.

I don’t like the change out to vinyl flooring-it makes the rooms feel cold/sterile more like a nursing home/hospital rather than cozy or comfortable.
Breakfast was-a 5 out of 10.
I enjoyed the amenities and the location’s convenience. Pearland center being down the street was great.
What I hated about the property was the cockroaches that we saw at night. We saw two but that was enough to gross me out and assume that the hotel wasn’t the cleanest.
