シャワーの水圧が強くとても良かった！部屋がゆったり広い!福島駅ほぼ直結でどこへ行くにも便利！朝食も美味しくお得感あり!そしてなんと言ってもフロントスタッフの接客態度が素晴らしい！以上！

とても居心地が良かった
Pros:

ツインルームでしたが部屋も広く綺麗で、とても満足でした。アメニティも豊富でフロントの方々も丁寧に接客していただきました。
リッチモンドホテルには初滞在でしたが、今後の旅行などで率先して選びたいホテルだと思いました。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、ツインルームの場合はバスとトイレの間に仕切りがあると嬉しいかと思いました。
