Cama péssima, colchão péssimo. Travesseiro muito ruim e somente um por hóspede. Café da manhã horrível de péssima qualidade. O transfer do aeroporto contratado pelo próprio hotel não sabia chegar no hotel, ficou um tempo grande perguntando para pessoas nas ruas aonde ficava o hotel. Nunca vi isto. No último dia avisamos que nosso transfer seria às 3:45 h da manhã e para tal o recepcionista ofereceu fazer sanduíches para levarmos em substituição do café da manhã, chegando no dia e horário eles esqueceram de nos dar os mesmos.

Удобное местоположение: достопримечательности в пешей доступности; рядом кафе, магазины, остановка трамвая. Очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. Восхитительный завтрак. Ежедневная уборка.

Sijainti oli oikein hyvä. Kerrankin oli hotellissa hyvä suihku! Selkeästi on remontoitu huoneita äskettäin.

Aamiainen oli suppea. Henkilökunta oli vähän turhan avuliasta. Kadun äänet ja ratikka kuului huoneeseen. Ilmastointi oli outo, joko +28 ja kuuma tai hirveä viima ja +19.
