Very central and rooms clean and well maintained. Staff very kind and friendly, available at all times.
A bit expensive
Clean room and good location.
We arrived just after 3 pm and the room was not ready for check in. Blonde woman who checked us in said the room should be ready in 30 min and said we should go somewhere, she took my phone number and said she’ll call me when room was ready but never called me and she finished work. We came back at 5 pm and got our keys, 2 days later I went to reception for something else and she was denying the whole thing, said it was not her who checked us in. Not ok to get there for check in time and our room to not be ready when we paid €225 per night (room only), and no refund or late check out to be offered in exchange. Very poor customer service and we won’t return to this hotel or chain.

The location is just P E R F E C T. You have literally everything nearby, all shops , restaurants, supermarkets, activities, the beach .. all by walking 1 - 15 minutes.

Friendly staff, great food and location
The location is excellent, well connected and convenient for getting around the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a good selection to start the day. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind and get a good night’s rest after exploring Barcelona.
The location is great and the neighbourhood is safe at night. The staff are friendly. We got the big room with a city view, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Would stay again!
The room was a little old and worn, and the cleaning could have been just slightly more thorough. It was clean, but the coffee maker for example was very dusty.

The staff was very kind and attentive. Room is clean and spacious with all amenities, including great coffee machine. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Windows can open, which is great for some fresh air. There is a sport's bar corner in the lobby - showing football games. Hotel is located in excellent neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and little groceries. It gives very posh local vibe. Very walkable, clean and easy on the eye. It is 20 minutes walk to Sagrada. Tram station is very close if you don't want to walk. Generally, Barcelona is easy to explore by using public transport, which is perfectly organized and affordable. All in all, if we were to come again, we would pick the same hotel. Note to other travelers: parking fee is 25 euros per day and is across the street from the hotel's entrance. You have to get to the lobby and have someone come out and open the parking door for you.
Parking. Given the price of stay, parking should have been at least given at a lower cost.
Location
We were not given the room we booked (after check in person made a big deal and spent much time finding us a room) and had to return to reception once we went to the room (unacceptable room). Finally this was adjusted and we had a great room with the promised (booked) view
Also original clerk booked taxi for us to cruise port through hotel for 20 euros. In the end we could not take it. Taxi outside of the hotel was 8 euros The rest of the stay and other staff were very good
I liked the location, calm and safe area
The image of the rooms that were shown when I was booking was different, they showed and image of the room which had really good view and was in higer floors, but in reality the room was in first floor and didn't have a nice view. When I booked I texted them a few times that we don't want first floor but they ignored this and gave us first floor. So when we asked for higer floor room they asked as to pay extra. And our floor had some kind of weird smell, even our room. Overall it would be right if they put real pictures of the room we are going to get.
