La habitación muy cómoda y con vistas a la calle. El desayuno desde las 6 de la mañana. El desayuno muy variado y rico. El lobby muy cómodo. El personal muy amable. La habitación amplia con pava eléctrica y cafetera resultó muy práctica.

Repetimos el hotel al final de nuestro viaje por España porque nos encantó todo la primera vez que estuvimos allí al inicio. Las instalaciones recién remodeladas, funcionales y confortables. El personal es insuperable, atentos,amables, con tiempo para una conversación. Hicieron lo posible y más aún para que nuestra estancia fuese agradable y nos olvidáramos de las prisas, horarios de vuelos, etc.

Four Points is a walking distance to public transport that will take you anywhere in Barcelona which makes it a great location. The staff are wonderful, friendly and kind. They will go above and beyond to help. Plenty choices of yummy and healthy breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. Will stay here again when we go back.
The hotel staff was amazing, extremely friendly, we were a group of 12 family members and they did everything to make us welcome. The great hospitality started even before we arrived, they contacted me just to suggest better ways to accommodate the entire family and cover any needs before we arrived. The front desk staff made sure to take care of us and to get us our rooms early since we arrived very early morning. The restaurant staff and everyone was so friendly that we felt like family.

Me gustó todo. Desde la ubicación del hotel hasta la calidad de su buffet de desayunos. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y cómodas; pero lo que más debo resaltar es la calidad humana del personal, sumamente atentos, dispuestos a ayudar, siempre con una sonrisa en los labios, de mirada franca y muy proactivos, informados de todas las opciones disponibles para facilitarle la estancia a sus huéspedes. Me llamó mucho la atención que el personal al que veíamos por segunda vez recordaba nuestros nombres, algo que lo hace sentir a uno como en casa. Gente a la que se le ve el gusto y el amor por lo que hace
