The shower had good pressure.
The staff upon booking were competent at best. The staff on checkout was better.
There was not a lick of paper in the room except for the four pieces of writing paper with a pen by the phone. There were signs everywhere to use the QR code to get access to general information and the 24 hour room service menu. I tried at least 20 times and it did not work. The staff on checkout said she was aware of the ongoing issue as it was not new. I skied then why there was there no flyer or menu or some kind of paper communication to let people know as a backup. She “thought” there was. Unacceptable.

All the staff had a friendly attitude.
Very disappointing stay. The room feels completely neglected—the furniture is old and tired, and the bathroom sink and shower were covered in scratches and wear marks (I took a few photos). The door offered no soundproofing whatsoever; because it was so thin and dated, all hallway noise carried straight into the room. We could clearly hear a guest from another room sneezing in the night.
And please consider that we upgraded our room at arrival, in order to get a high floor room ( 9th floor ).
Needs a serious upgrade before it's worth the price.

The buffet was okay. I wish it had more options for $20
