Our stay at Diani Sea Resort was simply outstanding and exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Despite our late-night arrival, the team received us with a smile and did not charge us anything extra, which we truly appreciated.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay – friendly, professional, caring and always willing to help. At one point I needed to visit the hospital, and the hotel staff took care of everything and provided all the assistance I needed. Their kindness and support meant a lot to us.
The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall facilities were excellent.
The beach was absolutely beautiful – clean, relaxing and perfect for long walks and swimming. It quickly became one of our favourite places in Kenya.
What really makes this resort special is its people. Their hospitality, attention to detail and genuine care for guests create an unforgettable experience.
Thank you to the entire Diani Sea Resort team for making our stay so memorable. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kenya.

Cons:

The only downside was the presence of seaweed in some areas of the beach and the sea urchins in the water. However, these are natural conditions and do not reflect the quality of the hotel.

I OVERALL ENJOYED MY STAY
Pros:

The resort is beautiful exactly what I needed for my slow vacation. Paradise

Cons:

I had a friend to come over for a day, even after I paid for his day pass hey wouldn't let him pass reception and chill with me and my other friends by the beach. They literally took my money for nothing and was rude at doing it. Also the staff makes too much noise in the morning close to the room, they wuld talk to each other across the hallways,so I did not make my late mornings sleep ins. The food isalmost the same everyday that I ended eating out because there wasn't a lot of variety from breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner and I had an iall inclusive package, also the bar doesn't have a lot of options to choose from.

Les repas sont souvent les mêmes, pas toujours qualitatif, l'hôtel est bien mais trop cher pour ce que c'est. On dirait plus un club de vacances, pas un resort.

Stunning beach & garden, good entertainment, but disappointing food and minor thefts

A good beachfront location with easy access to the ocean. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable, while the pool and lush tropical garden. Entertainment was a highlight.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the food quality falls short of expectations for an all-inclusive setup—it's not the buffet one might hope for, and we'd prefer paying for higher-quality meals instead. There are no on-site restaurants, forcing us to venture out for better options every time. While clean, the overall vibe can feel a bit sterile, and some reception managers were quite unhelpful on multiple occasions. We experienced items going missing from our room, like chargers, manicure tools. The cleaners were disruptively loud early in the morning, banging on doors and entering while we were still asleep. Overall, it's suitable for a short stay for a weekend, rather than a longer vacation.
