Will totally go back and I signed up for rewards
Pros:

Had the best room darkened shades and the AC was so cold. We slept so good. We joked about just going back for another time. just to have another Great night sleep. And the shower water pressure so good too

Pros:

Nice hotel, newer facility. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean rooms, easy parking. Hot breakfast that looked good but we were not eating there that morning. Good location.

Staff and hotel very polite and clean, room smelled quite musty and was HOT when we checked in. Seemed to be doing some renovations and there was construction material everywhere outside, besides that it was GREAT!

Not a great experience
Pros:

Not a great experience. We checked in and were informed that the elevator was not working and our room was on the 2nd floor. I'm a senior 70-years-old and had to drag suitcases up and down the stairs! Also our room had a bad musty smell. Construction by the pool too - very loud grinding and drilling sounds on the metal fence by the pool.

Good hotel. Poor attitude and treatment on behalf of the staff . Specifically the front desk female
Pros:

Staff seemed dismissive as well as rude. Customer in before me to speak to front desk clerk, was also met with the same, unprofessional, and dismissive and cold attitude. Very unwelcoming. She seemed more interested in continuing her conversation with other female staff member.

Cons:

Staff unprofessional treatment of customers. Not just me. My daughter and the previous customer whom we witnessed her talking to him in the same rude manner.
