Pros:

Extrem gepflegtes Hotel und extrem Sauber! Selbst wenn man mit der Lupe nach Staub suchen würde, würde man nix finden! Nettes Personal! Richtig erstklassiges Frühstück! Saubere und bequeme Dusche und saubere Toilette!

Cons:

Dass ich nicht noch eine Nacht geblieben bin!

Pros:

Das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut .
Die Massage im Wellnessbereich ist auch zu empfehlen .

Cons:

Leider waren die Kopfkissen der Betten zu dünn ,was aber in den meisten Hotels so ist .

Pros:

Zwei Punkte waren besonders schön:
1.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
2. Das Frühstück hatte eine Top Auswahl und war mit Liebe gemacht. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist zum Nachteil des Gastes nicht angemessen.
Pros:

- Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
- Die Ausstattung und Größe der allgemein zugängliche Räumlichkeiten (Frühstücksraum, Lobbi, Wellnessbereich, Außenbereich) waren gut.
- Die Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden und kostenlos.
- Das Personal war sehr freundlich und geschult im Umgang mit den Gästen.

Cons:

- Das Zimmer während des Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt (nur die Betten gemacht).
- Bei Anreise waren noch Fäkalien vom letzten Gast im Toilettenbereich zu finden.
- Am zweiten Tag gab es einen Stromausfall im Bad.
- Am dritten Tag war die Heizung defekt (keine Info durch die Rezeption). Uns wurde auf Anfrage ein Elektroheizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt, alternativ ein anderes Zimmer.
- Das Zimmer wurde auf der Webseite mit einer Größe von 18 qm angegeben, das entsprach aber der Gesamtfläche mit Bad. Allerdings zählen Badezimmer nicht zur Zimmerfläche. Für ein Doppelzimmer war die Fläche mit ca. 15 qm deutlich zu klein.

Uns hat das ganze Personal sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Auch die Wohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet.Das Hotel ist sehr Hundefreundlich.

Frühstück war sehr gut, alles was man zum Frühstück braucht.

Die Kissen im Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe, viel zu dünn.
