Cons:

No staff on reception at all during our stay. We had to keep going around or calling team at the hotel around the corner. Made us feel unvalued

Perfecto para moverte necesita una renovación de colchones

Ya fuimos otra vez y lo volvimos a elegir por la ubicación y lo cerca que tienes el vaporetto, volvimos a quedarnos en el apartamento de enfrente y es muy práctico.

Cons:

No me gustó que ahora no tienes la opción de incluir el desayuno si estás en el apartamento la otra vez si, me parece un error. Y las camas necesitan un cambio de colchón están muy trillados. Por lo demás perfecto

We really liked the hotel, the room for 4 adults were spacious, we had the apartment just in front of the hotel. Everything is really clean.

Cons:

The receptionist was not at the front desk when we arrived. We had been waiting for almost 20-30 minutes, even though it was only 2pm 😅
