Perfect 2 night stay in newly renovated cool little hotel for Biennale visit
Pros:

Super convenient location. If you come by boat from the parking, its just a few meters from the ferry dock down a quiet alley. This little hotel finished very tasteful & modern renovations only this year. Staying there was a treat. Very competent & friendly staff. Worth mentioning also: excellent breakfast & international TV channels!

Pros:

Emplacement idéal ( dans une rue calme en retrait tout en étant à proximité immédiate de la place St Marc et des vaporettos , idéal pour visiter tout Venise et les îles ).
La chambre était , très propre , moderne et décorée avec goût , comme l’ensemble de l’hôtel et très calme .
Le petit déjeuner en buffet était très bon, copieux et varié , servi dans une jolie salle .
Le personnel a été très sympathique , souriant , agréable et serviable .

We lucked into this fabulous gem of a place and regret nothing.
Pros:

The location is fantastic — right in the middle of everything, easy to get everywhere, but somehow still quiet and feels secluded. The breakfast was phenomenal — the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had anywhere, hands down. We looked forward to it every morning. Staff was super friendly, especially Nicolo.

Pros:

Was in a good location, near the main square but tucked away, so minimal noise and we were ground floor. The place we had was huge and was in separate building, bit of a long strange layout, two shower rooms and one bedroom, living space and kitchen.
