Pros:

Номер студія розташований в сусідній будівлі. Приміщення з новим ремонтом, має великий санвузол та невелику кухню. Приміщення розділене на дві кімнати, але дверей не має між ними. Чисте приміщення зі всіма зручностями, прибирання кожного дня. Розташування в центрі, біля площі Сан-Марко.

Tolles Hotel, leider viele Mücken im Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top! Das Hotel befindet sich 30 Meter von der Vaporetto-Station „San Zaccaria“ und 5 Fußminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Es ist ruhig gelegen.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir sehr viele Stechmücken im Zimmer (es gab keine Mosquito-Netze an den Fenstern). Das Problem war bekannt, an der Rezeption konnte man uns nicht weiterhelfen.
In der zweiten Nacht konnten wir nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen, trotzdem wurden wir noch gestochen. Die Klimaanlage zeigte wenig Wirkung. Die vielen Mückenstiche überschatteten leider unsere Erfahrung.

Klimaanlage und Strom funktionierten nur mit eingesteckter Zimmerkarte, von der wir nur eine bekamen.

Underwhelming
Pros:

The location is good, but next to hotel a noisy thoroughfare.

Cons:

Location is quite good but the local street sellers seem to roll their trolleys past often and it’s noisy enough to wake you.

Rude staff, one in particular speaking to his colleague on the phone in Italian laughing, while we were trying to speak about our issue we were having. Very dismissive and arrogant.

Terrible check in. No offer of any map or local suggestions or info. Unwelcoming. We just worked things out ourselves.

Two blocked toilets on and off our whole stay. Both shower doors broken.

Three of us with multiple bites, not beg bugs but def something.

Reception hardly ever staffed as they have two hotels and other one is the priority.

Many other options to choose from. This didn’t tick many boxes.

No aircon, windows open means mosquitos will bite you!
Pros:

Location is excellent very central and close to stops for travel. Lots of lovely shops near the hotel and had a terrace. Bed is large. Nice shower and good sized towels. Had bidet too

Cons:

Booking.com advert says they have air con they dont. Had to sleep with windows open and woke up to very painful bites from mosquitos. The pillows are flat as pancakes. They only give one key and its the only thing that will activate electricity. Usually any card will do in a hotel but not here. Reception isnt manned. You have to call if you have questions.
