Categories

Cleanliness
7
Multiple guests reported cleanliness issues: breakfast area/utensils dirty, blocked shower drain, and generally 'regular' cleaning in places. Some rooms appeared acceptable but recurring cleanliness complaints lower this score.
Service
10
Staff repeatedly praised as very attentive, friendly and helpful (reception named specifically). A few isolated service gaps (misinformation about shuttle, understaffed breakfast area) were noted, but overall service sentiment is excellent.
Location
9.3
Consistently described as well located — in/near a small shopping centre/outlet and convenient for guests. Location is a clear strength in most reviews.
Room Quality
8.6
Beds and pillows described as very comfortable and rooms spacious. Several functional issues mentioned: low night lighting, bathroom design flaws, shower/door problems and occasional lack of hot water.
Amenities
8.8
Property offers an outlet/supermarket on site which guests found convenient but underwhelming; advertised shuttle service was reported missing. Other amenities generally functional but some failures (coffee machine, limited cups) were noted.
Value for Money
9.2
Many guests felt the stay provided good value — comfortable beds, included breakfast and friendly staff — despite some service/amenity shortfalls.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Mixed feedback: some guests praised a complete breakfast offering while others reported very poor breakfast service (lack of utensils, soggy/revomed items, understaffed). Overall food quantity and options often positive but service execution inconsistent.
Overall Experience
9
Overall positive stays driven by comfortable rooms and very helpful staff, tempered by repeated operational issues (no hot water incidents, breakfast service problems, and shuttle misinformation). Net sentiment is favorable.

confortable
Pros:

Cons:
