L’accueil était chaleureux, la literie était confortable et le petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux. L’endroit était très calme malgré l’emplacement au centre.
Il y avait des moisissures sur les joints dans la douche. Probablement à cause de l’humidité.

Slow internet Facility needs a lot of improvement
Good breakfast options that is freshly prepared, comfortable beds enough hangers and hooks around the room, good internet access and most of all attentive service .
Convenient location with a lot of food options within walking distance . Will come back to stay after Sapa trip !

As a solo female traveller I can't recommend this place enough. The staff was great. They got in touch with me before I landed. Helped me book my transfers from and to the airport. Also gave me recommendations for tours, restaurants and practically anything I needed.
Absolutely no complaints. Safe, clean and comfortable.
It is located in a prime location (10mins walk from old quarter) the toilets are with bidet and rooms are clean.
I chose a room with an interior window because I knew I would not be spending much time in it, if you are going to be in the room, you may want to choose one with a view. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter and accessing excursions. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly and open to providing any assistance you may need.

Good size room, really friendly staff and nice breakfast. The bathroom was small and some mould. Great location walking distance everywhere. We didnt end up using the balcony as the air quality was very poor

Cleanliness, location, price and staff.
Our first 2 nights were in a very small tight room with no exterior window. After an overnight trip to Halong bay we spent another night and that room was awesome. 10/10 where the other room without an exterior window I would give a 7/10.
Great location in the old town part of Hanoi. Excellent value and really friendly staff. Rooms on the road side are noisy but the double glazing stops the noise, I slept well
The hotel was in a very good location, walking distance to wherever you wanted to go and see all attractions. If I were to go back this would definitely be the place to stay
