Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Place very old and out dated. The bedding was torn. There was no mini bar in the room. Door weren't able to lock.

No facilities as expected.

The stay was no bad, but i would try something else when at Oudtshoorn

Pros:

Room were a nice size. Value for money!!

Cons:

Our tv channels were snowing. The breakfast lacked a bit as there was no bacon at 09h00. The breakfast room were all over water from the rain overnight - leaking through ceiling.

Pros:

Room was lovely. Beds comfy

Cons:

TV was horrible, couldn't pick up any channels, and traveling with kids, having no TV is the worst for a parent. We were not given towels, even after I went down and asked. only had 1 teaspoon and 2 cups in the room to share even though we were 4 in the room.

I will never book this hotel, as we had to check-out when we saw the status of the hotel it was.
Pros:

The bedding had stains, the doors were not in good conditions and the lifts were like it was going to get stuck. I don't mention the pool that was dirty, and we could not swim with my family.

Cons:

That the bedding was dirty with stains, that was grossly discouraging to sleep in such a bedding.

Cons:

The shower in our rooms had an overflow from another room. Very unhygienic.
The elevator was very scary and made some strange noise, stopping un-level with the floor

Upgrade needed
Pros:

The pool area was amazing, but all other facilities needs to be upgraded.

Cons:

All the other amenities mentioned is run down and you can't use it. So you can do the following: stay, swim, breakfast. Nothing else is worth it or not operating.
