Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City

Loved the breakfast room. So convenient and surprising as so many places don’t offer this any more. Will definitely look for residence inns when I travel in the future :)

The closet space and refrigerator location was much too close to the bed. The shower was not working properly and would not stay on the fixture. The half glass shower partition looks outdated and very messy leaving water everywhere, no exhaust in bathroom. The King bed room was very small in comparison to other hotels with this accommodation. This hotel needs an update, the staff was magnificent and the breakfast was good!!

Great stay

Location was good. We were able to walk everywhere. Government shutdown affected our plans. Walked to the art museum to do the Rocky thing. Beautiful walk from the hotel.

Our room had just 1 chair; 2 would’ve been better. Breakfast was good.

Everything was great. After we finally found the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good. A lot of options. I would staybthere again

Reserved room with king bed, was given a room with a queen bed. When I brought it to the front desk's attention, I was offered 10,000 points to just take the room. I accepted the offer. The next morning I opened the curtains and in the kitchen /dining room area there was a roach crawling on the table. I had to double check all my belongings so I didn't take any with me. I took a picture of it and showed the woman at the front desk at checkout. She apologized and apologized. I received another apology by email from housekeeping. Ok?? AND!! I didn't receive any points from them either. A free breakfast was available for us, no thanks!! VERY disgusting!!! I want my 10,0000 points and my money back..

Room was smaller, room detailed said queen size bed which was incorrect because we instead got a full. Very disappointed.

Good location, nearby restaurants, air not needed - heat instead, comfortable temperature in room, front desk staff - excellent, housekeeping - poor, breakfast - passable

The hotel enjoys a convenient location, but the facilities would benefit from renovation. While the area feels safe during the day, it is less reassuring at night. The room turned out to be smaller than expected from the photos, and the furniture shows considerable wear.

Booked king room and was given queen.

Our stay was meh. Definitely a let down from the description on the website. Our room was smaller and more sparse than the pictures represented. There was absolutely no parking in the area so we paid for valet parking. It took forever to get our car. One day we were waiting for 30 minutes and then they couldn’t find my keys. It took an hour to finally get our car. I expected more for what I paid. I won’t be back.

The room was very nice and the staff were great!
The only issue I had was that I had to clean the shower before I could use it as there was dirt and lots of hair in it.

All necessary amenities were available eg microwave, fridge etc making our stay more comfortable.

We had a beautiful romm- a living area and then separate bed room. It was so beautiful - our view was even better!!!
