Cons:

Poca insonoración en las habitaciones. Se escucha absolutamente todo de las otras habitaciones. Por lo que lo bueno o malo de la estancia, básicamente, lo determinan los "vecinos".
En mi caso, fue bastante escandaloso.

Great place to stay in the centre of Madrid

Regular. No repitiría. Existen otras opciones mejores tanto en calidad como en precio.

Viejo, muebles habitación viejos, mala imagen, habitaciones pequeñas y han instalado camas supletorias 2 literas por lo que el movimiento en las mismas es mínimo y muy incómodo, las literas tapan la mitad del mecanismo de encendido de la habitación.

Locația a fost perfectă,personalul foarte cald și atent la nevoile mele iar camera foarte curată.

Cons:

Lipsa unui balcon chiar dacă era foarte mic și faptul că televizorul nu a fost unul smart în rest nu am ce să reproșez

Amazing value for money!
Pros:

The value for money, given the location and what it offers is insane!
We took a small room, but there was everything we needed, including a real hair dryer! The location is in the middle of Gran Via, but in a quiet side road, so there is no noise. Staff is super nice and breakfast is good.

El desayuno esta muy bien, y la ubicacion es excelente, cerca de todos los puntos turisticos mas importantes para el que no conoce Madrid

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y ruidosas, se escuchan las conversaciones del hall de entrada desde el segundo piso.

Excelente ubicación, comodidad y muy buen desayuno
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a pocos metros de Gran Vía. A pesar de eso no se escucha nada desde la calle. La atención de Mónica al llegar fue excelente, muy amable y expeditiva. El desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

La TV no tiene internet y no se puede ver ninguna plataforma. Se escucha mucho de la habitación de arriba
