Excellent location for exploring Madrid
Pros:

Perfectly located to explore the city of Madrid - easily accessible - excellent breakfast - friendly, efficient, polite staff. Luggage storage facility was very useful.

Cons:

There was a very strong smell of bleach when we arrived, which we discovered hid a strong smell of damp in the bathroom. The walls were very thin, with seemingly very little soundproofing & we were kept awake until 3/3:30am by the loud guests in the room next to us.

Muy buena ubicación, el personal muy amable, la habitación un poco pequeña, pero cumplía muy bien con todo, muy buenas las camas y ducha.
Nos dejaron dejar las maletas después del check out y eso fue muy amable, ya que teníamos vuelo en la noche.
La atención de las personas de la recepción fue atenta.
