Amazing definitely would recommend this hotel
Pros:

I was turned away from a hotel directly infront of them at 12 am because i was not 21 and therefore could not check in. even though it was past their check in time staff member decided to still audit me themselves since the system wouldn’t be able to do it so that i would have a place to sleep. it was a blizzard outside and their generosity and customer service have greatly improved my stay at minneapolis.

Pros:

The staff was exceptional. Helpful, friendly and fun. Front desk, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping were all so kind and engaging.

Cons:

I stayed in Room 407 initially. There was a huge spider in the room. (Like tarantula sized). Probably a lost pet or came in on a shipment. I moved rooms. At 2:45 am. Front desk was very helpful.

We were told the pull out sofa was comfortable. It was older and the middle saged down on top of the middle rod. They gave us another room that was a little better.
