Average stay, thing's can be improved
Pros:

The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally went to restaurant to get a takeaway, its not only untasty but the ingredients used especially the oil ( is stale )are not good, and left a bad taste in the mouth.
