Location, and hot showers

Cons:

I was given a key to somebody else’s room and walked in on them. Keys were supposedly fixed then get to the room and the keys didn’t work. Staff remade keys and even came down to open door. Once in the room noticed spider webs flying on ceiling and some of the walls. Reported this to the front and I was offered another room due to there being no one available to come and get them down. Front desk staff was nice enough to allow us to view the other room to make sure it was suitable. We end up changing rooms. Our keys were a continuous issue bt we were told our phones could’ve knocked them off, bt that was fixed once again. The initial key situation along with all of the other back and forth to the front desk issues definitely left us frustrated and ensuring that we made sure doors were locked with all locks nightly.

Housekeeping didn’t clean rooms I was there Thursday-Sunday I ask for clean bath clouts and towels they were very stingy about that

Lots of air freshner/fragrance
Pros:

It was very close to UNC Charlotte campus

Cons:

The strong fragrance they use both in lobby, but even stronger, in the room which my allergies were having a rough time with. The mattresses are also very firm, which wasn't as comfortable as we hoped.
