Cons:

The only thing I disliked was the policy for getting fresh towels and washcloths. So I place used towels on the floor outside the door so that staff can pick them up. After they’re collected, you can request new ones, but they only provide about two towels and two washcloths at a time. For a large family, that really isn’t enough. Since guests are paying for the room and the amenities, I feel they should provide enough towels and washcloths to accommodate the number of people staying in the room. And they didn’t even came in the room to clean up I was there Thursday-Sunday not one they my room was clean.
