The breakfast was not good
The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean in a value for the price. We paid was great.
Overall everything went very well.
The room was very large, the bed was comfortable. It was a little harder than I like, but adding some extra pillows helped tremendously. The breakfast was decent. The location was nice, it was back off the main road so it was very quiet and dark.
The lady who checked us in was very rude. She acted like we were a bother to her. We had a situation that required us to take up a few extra minutes to check in and she acted very annoyed by this. Made us feel very uncomfortable and rushed to fix the situations. She kept making comments when we explained we were just attempting to transfer money onto our card. She said multiple times “just use another card” I finally responded “if you would just calm down and give us a second to get service we just need to move money from savings to main account” she rolled her eyes and was yet again annoyed. Mind you, NO one else was in there to check in. Then once in our room, I can’t sleep laying flat so my husband asked her for an extra pillow, she sighed very loud and rolled her eyes because she had to get off her phone to go get them. She then aggressively handed them to me and said nothing and walked away when I thanked her even after being extremely rude from the time we arrived. While she was getting the pillows a DoorDash delivery came in and I told her they had put an order on the counter she responds “yeah I can see”. Another woman was in there when she said that and she looked at me and said “she’s been very rude since we checked in” I stated “we’ve had the same experience”.. good luck to anyone who needs anything if she’s working and on her phone, cause you will be met with major attitude. We were in town for a celebration of life, so was already emotional and her attitude made the experience horrible.. do better!
