Je viens deux fois par semaine pour être accueilli comme ça

L’accueil au petit déjeuner

Cons:

Que l’on me dise que je ne puisse pas avoir ma chambre habituelle parce que l’hôtel est complet alors qu’il n’y a personne le lavabo bouché

Not up to the Novotel standard
Cons:

I felt that the rooms were dated and needed an overhaul. Paint around the doors were chipped away. Hygiëne was not ok, there were stains on the couch. The shower had a lot of limescale. I just thought that the staff could do a better job in cleaning the rooms. See attached pictures.
