It felt like a budget hotel, the staff were great, but the bedding was really not good.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the fact that they all speak such good English is great. Domenico especially made the stay as good as it was - he was unfailingly polite and friendly, and delivered delicious food and cocktails. I was surprised that the hotel had only one member of staff looking after the restaurant and the bar, especially as it was quite busy.

Cons:

The bedding was shocking - the duvet was thin and the material in clumps, like cotton wool inside a pillow case, and the pillows themselves lumpy and uncomfortable. The traffic outside was noisy, and the air conditioning so loud I had to turn it off. Of course you can't do anything about the location, but it was difficult to get to from the station on foot.

Amazing Sleep and Stay
Pros:

The room was super comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a separate shower room and toilet. I found it super comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing, both my partner and I had a great sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't complaint at all.

Er moet alleen een oplossing voor parkeren regelen.
Pros:

het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers, vers croissant volkoren brood rustige plek en het personeel zorgen dat gelijk opgeruimd word. Dus zeer tevreden over het ontbijt misschien vers jus d'orange.

Cons:

Het probleem bij Novetel is parkeren. ze zeiden dat je voor de deur gratis parkeren ,maar ze zijn weinig plekken. Dus we hebben daarnaast bij een parkeergarage voor 24 EURO voor 24 uur geparkeerd maar als je naar buiten gaat dan moet je weer betalen als nog daar wil parkeren. Dus parkeren is een probleem.

Verblijf: ok voor de essentie, maar gebrek aan menselijke contacten.

De kamer en bed erg goed!

Gebrek aan communicatie omdat alles gebeurt via QR. Moeilijk om een overzicht te maken ivm planning van maaltijden, in casu ontbijt... Doet mij denken aan mijn militaire dienstplicht!!!
